I tried to order a very simple sandwich today just cheese and meat, I only wanted an 8in, but to my surprise when I was asked to pay it was 17 dollars, so I questioned, he very faintly responded almost has if he has never seen a human before in his life and had no clue how to talk to people let alone be trusted to work at a multimillion dollar cooperation. He told me that the price was right after having to ask him to repeat his response multiple times. So I asked if I could just get a bigger size instead since it’s the same price. So I handed him a 20 then he proceeded to tell me I owed him 6 more dollars. So I then asked for the other worker to come sort things out and she came over and talked to me even more non verbal and had to ask her for repetition a multitude of times, mind you I’m 19 I can hear fairly well. Finally I just asked to see both receipts and the whole time it had turn out the boy running the computer had rung me up for 3 sandwiches, now I’m not the type to perceive malice over incompetence but I don’t know weather to think this kid was trying to rob me or just hasn’t seen any education past the third grade.

Horrible experience! Came in 40 minutes before closing and treated like I was being rushed to order and an inconvenience. Actually had a worker get upset for taking a second to decide exactly what I wanted. Never encountered such rude staff here in Hendersonville!

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time! A bunch of young kids with absolutely no respect, work ethic or manners. Completely rude and will not be back.

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! I had made it very clear to the 2 closers there that I am very allergic to certain food items. And the whole time taking my order they kept saying things I didn’t want on my sub and after finally getting it right (or so I thought) I paid and got my food and drove home. Just to find out all the items I’m allergic to were the only items on there with the meat and cheese. When I called the store the manager acted like this was my fault and was about to refuse a refund or a remake since I’m out of the delivery zone and it was after the fact of saying I’m calling corporate that he sent out a new one to be delivered to me. Only to be the exact same sub I came home with. By this time they were closed more or less not answering the phone on purpose. All I’m wanting is my money back and I will never come back especially after trying to hurt/kill me with my allergies.

Meh, another overpriced commercialzed sub shop. They should send their people to the Northeast to learn how a sub SHOULD taste!

I'm so sorry to be agitated enough to be writing this review, but the negative experience I had today (and at my last couple of visits) has me feeling that Jimmy John's may want some food for thought regarding their Indian Lake Blvd. franchise, which used to be our favorite sandwich shop. A few years back, ownership changed and over time, we have experienced an inconsistency and decline in the quality of product and customer service. The previous owners and their employees were always so upbeat and friendly, and the sandwiches were awesome; made with pride and handed over with a smile. Now, the staff seems mechanical -- no warm welcomes -- and the sandwiches are hit or miss (mostly miss). Last time I had a TOTALLY TUNA (about a month ago), I got it home and it was HARDLY TUNA. My husband and I thought, "Okay ... maybe someone was having a bad day ... it'll be better next time." Nope. Got a TOTALLY TUNA today. As they were preparing the sandwich, I noticed that, once again, the tuna didn't cover the bread end to end and was a very thin layer (sometimes the person making the sandwich uses a heaping scoop; sometimes they use a less than full scoop -- I think today, it was the latter). I mentioned to the person making the sandwich that there was hardly any tuna on the sandwich and she told me that that's the way the sandwich comes but I could pay for extra tuna. Being used to the way the former owners served up their sandwiches -- back when I felt I was getting my money's worth in product and warm, friendly customer service -- when I was asked if I wanted the sandwich, I declined it and asked for a refund. They issued the refund, but that TOTALLY TUNA sandwich left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Jimmy John's prices have increased but their quality has decreased. I hope this isn't their new standard because if so, they've gone from our favorite sandwich shop to a last-resort option. Again, so sorry for my negative review. I just felt Jimmy John's might want to know that they're losing customers over this type of issue.

I can no longer support this restaurant after receiving our latest DoorDash order from them. We always enjoyed their food WHEN we could get a decent portion of food for our money. We ordered from them regularly, on average about 4 times a month, over the past five years but can not continue. The service has gone down to the point where if they sound remotely interested in our order we over looked the blank stares and consistent orders made with missed ingredients or a ridiculously small amount of an item. Example: order a vegetarian sub and got 8 slices of cheese on a regular size with 4 small tomato slices and 2 slices of cucumber cut in half. That was it!!!! We have had to call them frequently in the past two years over this issue. We supported them all through Covid ( small/local business) and that is how we are repaid. Done! They ought to be ashamed of themselves for blatantly robbing people!!

So I have to keep giving it a four I don't know if maybe it's just me but I prefer Subway but there's not one close to where I work at least not within walking distance other than that it's okay the Gargantua is the good sandwich I keep testing the others and not really for me

I love jimmy john’s but this location has to be the most poorly managed one I’ve ever ordered from. The employees will mess up your order and argue whether or not they have to make it right. I would suggest that all potential customers either order food elsewhere or at another location. Save your time and money

Sandwich was good. Floor and tables were dirty but, then again, the employees were working as fast as they could to make orders. Great job all!
