I ordered a corsage and picked it up today. I was referred by a friend and I am so disappointed. The corsage is pretty but literally is tiny and looks like I chose the budget plan. I spent $40 on this that I really didn't have and I am embarrassed for my son to give it to his date in front of others. I won't be referring anyone if this the norm at your business :(

We live in Washington State and I ordered flowers from another florist who turned out to not even have a shop in Hendersonville or nearby. They were for my Mother in law who was in a local rehab center. When I was told that the company I ordered from would NOT be able to honor the promise they made to me about getting the flowers delivered by Christmas Eve I cancelled the original order. I called Brown's at about 5 minutes to their closing time on Christmas Eve and explained my problem. I asked if they delivered on Christmas and if there was any chance of my 84 year old MIL, who was alone at Christmas, getting flowers. The woman explained that they were closing in just a few minutes, they weren't delivering on Christmas and her delivery people were all leaving. I told her I would still like to order flowers even if they got there after Christmas. She put me on hold briefly, came back and told me there was a chance she could get one of the drivers to deliver that day. We called my MIL that evening and the first words out of her mouth were "My flowers are beautiful!". Clearly this is a company with a heart! I was so appreciative! DO NOT order from Ava's Flowers, who is some sort of broker outside the US that orders from local companies and adds on more than 50$ in junk fees. Order from Brown's, they are very dependable and they CARE.

My best friend got engaged yesterday! I ordered her flowers from here as a congratulations and Brown's Florist was super easy to work with. Within 2 hours of my order, they were able to get the flowers to her! The bouquet was exactly what I had asked for. The process of ordering them over the phone was seamless and the price was reasonable being that I ordered the same day. The base for delivery is $35 minimum plus a $17 delivery fee the same day. The delivery fee is otherwise $12. No complaints here. She got what I paid for, and that makes me happy enough to give them a 5-star rating for the product and great customer service!

Great florist, nice arrangements, beautiful touches, however retail florists are quite pricey so prepare for sticker shock. Definitely my go-to for something very special.

I received a flower delivery from my little sister when I found out I was pregnant. It is one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. I will definitely be back to get myself and others flowers. They are absolutely beautiful and brightened my day. Thank you so much.

I was recommended this Florist from the Hendersonville funeral home because I would get the best value for my money. I can tell you that they met my expectation and I'm very pleased. I don't live in TN and had to order these via phone for my mom childhood friend that passed away. The florist Stevie G was very helpful and understood what I wanted. We also communicated via email. I sent him the wreath I wanted and then the night before I emailed to add some blue flowers to make it look better. He did what I wanted and he sent me a photo of the wreath. Great work, great customer service, and great value for you money. I would order from them again for any other occassion! Mr. BROWN if you read this review, please give Stevie G a bonus! He does great work.

When my sister moved back to Hendersonville, I discovered Brown's Florist and I desired to support this locally owned, family business. However, besides the fact that they do not seem to regard the customer's wishes and they do not respond to communication and they were not friendly or helpful when I called them, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I find them lacking in communication, in a desire to please the customer, and in the ability to make floral bouquets that correlate with the order and which have artistic beauty. Following my second disappointing order, they did not respond after I emailed them telling them I wanted to use them , but the products I had ordered were inferior to those I chose. They disregarded my request to text a photo before delivering the third bouquet I ordered. The third bouquet had poor composition and was not pleasing. It may be that my taste is just different from theirs, but I have ordered myriad of beautiful bouquets from various florists that I have been delighted with. My sister graciously thanked me for this latest bouquet, but when I saw the picture she texted me, I was very disappointed. When I told her of my dissatisfaction, she admitted that she did not like the bouquet and wondered why I wanted to use this florist. I am going to include pictures of the weak version of the lush looking plant I ordered and of the floral arrangement in which one, random, distracting flower was stuck into the mix, and this final, ill composed arrangement.

They prepares a graduation bouquet with our graduates colors within 7 minutes. It was pretty awesome!

BUYER BEWARE- Take your corsage and boutonnière business elsewhere. Went to pick up my daughters prom flowers on 4/23/2022 only to have a post it note on the flowers "sorry we ran out of red flowers".......Staff made tons of excuses. They reluctantly remade the corsage using mini red carnations. Clearly a MUCH cheaper flower and offered no discount. Within 20 minutes of having the corsage on, two flowers fell out. During dinner the ENTIRE CORSAGE FELL APART. Browns florist was given the opportunity to do the right thing and refund our purchase, however, they chose to make excuses about how many orders they had, the quality of the glue, etc. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP AGAIN.

I sent my sister a beautiful arrangement called seaside roses bouquet. She sent me a video of it. She loves it. She said it was gorgeous and the vase is beautiful. She has always loved every arrangement I've sent from there.

Okay place for flowers. I felt it was pricier than most other flower shops. They did have beautiful flowers but a lot were out of the price range that I wanted to spend.

I was so impressed by Brown's florist. I told my husband to always use them! My arrangement is absolutely stunning and exactly what my husband described, he was so pleased. Everyone was so nice down to the delivery man highly recommend!
