Extremely rude customer service. Attendant wanted me to pay at self-check when the screen was not reflecting the correct price. No offer to assist and no offer to take me at her register which was open at that point. Will never be back. Much easier to go across the street to Dodge’s.

Not sure who came up with the “don’t disclose gas prices on the phone” business model, but it doesn’t work. And it is a business model, not a law like the clerk on the phone tried to say. Not only did you lose my business because you wouldn’t let me know how much gas costs, it ultimately cost me significantly more to fill up my tank by going to your competitor just up the street. Might as well not have a sign showing your price if you want that badly to keep it under wraps.

The big guy that works 3rd shift is asleep most of the time when I go in there. I had to stop and get gas in company vehicle, the pump wouldn't print a receipt and he had the doors locked and refused to print one for me. From now on I'll take my business across the street to Dodges. Its absolutely ridiculous that someone falls asleep on the job.

Previous reviews are correct! Skip this place! Most the time the pumps won't recognize your membership card nor code when trying to enter to save on fuel! Go across the street or next station 1 block away

Lowest prices this side of Georgia! ALWAYS 10¢ per gallon less than the other Mapco stations in the area. Not a fan of the 3-wide pumps, you can get stuck in the middle. Employees are usually helpful even if they are understaffed. I often drive down from Gallatin to get gas here instead. They also have ICEEs available!!!
