If more than 5 Stars were available to rate this store location and management team, then I would so gladly give that to them!! Kevin & Team, thank you so much for everything!! And, for anyone reading this review, I just want to say that this man also personally delivered the mattress to my home for me! Wow!! The warehouse was out of stock I believe, but the store had stock available, and so he put it in his own vehicle and delivered it for me since it was too heavy for me to carry myself. That is customer service beyond the norm! I highly recommend this store location and management team, and thank them once again for what they did for me tonight pre and post sale! What a blessing!! I pray God blesses you all abundantly in return! Sincerely. 10+ ✨ Rating!!

I walked into mattress firm just planning on looking at some mattresses and our sales person. Kevin was so informative and took the time to explain everything in detail about all of the mattresses that we tried out, he stayed almost an hour past closing time for us and I wasn’t leaving that store without making a purchase, which I am extremely excited about!! I highly recommend mattress firm, especially the one on Indian in Lake Boulevard in Hendersonville Tennessee
