“Excellent customer service. Tom was so helpful. He contacted the manufacturer and helped order a travel CPAP for my mom. He helped identify the mask and tubing that would best work with it to match what my mom uses with her standard CPAP. He updated me throughout the entire ordering process and then helped my mom schedule time with the respiratory therapist. The therapist was able to see my mom quickly and help her set up the travel cpap. All around AWESOME experience. We will be working with RT Medical for all replacement tubing, nasal pillows, etc.”
