“The people at the Opry Mills Oakley store definitely treated me right and so far every time I want to buy it from Oakley I usually go to the Opry Mills store I keep getting the same guy and he is always made me a happy customer from what I was told today he also works at the Cool springs Oakley store”

She was kind and provided us other locations near by to try out her measurements were on the miney the first time and understood we were more than likely not going to purchase anythong that day. We went to 1 other store and the expirience there was less than. You have a great staff and even on a busy Saturday morning, we were able to get in, find what we needed to find out. “This particular Boot Barn store has been the very best I've ever experienced and I wish I lived nearby to visit often! Plentiful inventory, wonderful prices and the most fantastic staff! Alexis greeted me initially and was so very personable, dressed the cutest, quite knowledgeable and insightful about my interests to buy a new pair of boots! She's the BEST! As I walked to the checkout counter, I knew I had found exactly what I was hoping to find and with the correct fit! John greeted me and was very personal, asked if I needed a water and stain proofing product, which I did being from out of town but knew I was going to wear my boots that evening and made sure I was all found in their system for rewards. There was another lady behind the counter, Angie maybe?, and I tell you between the 3 of them I had the most fun experience! Go see them folks, you won't be disappointed!”

“Came in and went to the jeans section. Almost immediately an associate came up to me and asked questions. Now I haven’t bought jeans in a long time. Her name is Ruth. She pulled jeans from what I told her I liked. After trying on one, she said I needed a smaller pair because of the ripple in front etc. she got me more Jean. I walked out with 2 new pairs. Had she not come by, I don’t think I would have walked out with jeans. This store is very lucky to have Ruth working for them. She needs to get a raise.”

“This was the first time I shopped at this store & the customer service was amazing! Mitchell helped us with a yeti cooler and even helped us get it to the car and ensured that we were taken care of. This mall is huge and the thought to carrying that cooler all the way to the car was not something we wanted to do. Mitchell stepped right up and offered to help is out. He gave us his personal cell phone number and met us outside with the cooler. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate his efforts. We are customers for life!
