“So glad I found this place!! The range is great here. Such unique jackets, dresses, button-ups, and t shirts. I saw some really unique bags in here as well. The prices were fair ($12-$40 is the average range) and the dressing rooms are open thankfully!! The location is cool too. It's super close to buffalo exchange and Three Brothers Coffee is down the street, so it's such a great stop. I could spend hours in here. Don't miss this one!!”

“First review and it's for the excellent service I got from Nicole who helped me shop jeans 30 minutes before closing when she could've just ignored me and hoped I'd get it out so she could go home. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I was swayed to come in by the cute floral dress on display, I had to try it on (I bought it) and thought I should try some jeans on too since I'm already going through the hassle that is the fitting room. Nicole asked me if I needed any help and I told her I hate jeans and part of it maybe cause I don't know how to shop for it. She taught me the terms, sizes, asked my style and preference, just so nice. I bought a nice button up and the floral dress but no jeans, I just wasn't feeling the urge to fulfill my jean purchase. However I told Nicole her help and service would have me coming back to lucky brand when I do wanna finally purchase a good pair and I meant it!”

“This was the first time I shopped at this store & the customer service was amazing! Mitchell helped us with a yeti cooler and even helped us get it to the car and ensured that we were taken care of. This mall is huge and the thought to carrying that cooler all the way to the car was not something we wanted to do. Mitchell stepped right up and offered to help is out.
