Y’all really don’t understand how much you screw people over and waste there time i don’t know what technician looked at my vehicle but they might need to actually be honest about if a nail went through my tire or not it’s actually funny because you sold me a tire and I asked you to put the out one back in well guess what man I didn’t need a new tire and now I’m gonna be wasting my time going to a dealership tomorrow instead of being on the road at the time I needed to be to be back on the days that I took off so you really screwed me over good thank you don’t go here if you want people to actually care about your car or pockets

Called ahead to the Hville location from Gallatin to set up an alignment with balance and rotation. When I get to the shop, they tell me the alignment machine had been out of service. So i go ahead with the $50 balance and rotation. It took all day to get my car balanced. Very understaffed. No more than 2 people in the back. They also told me they couldn't rotate either as my wheels are staggered. Good to know after i get charged $50. Don't waste your time here like I did and go to Tire Discounters or Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! My family and I have been coming to NTB for service on our vehicles for over 20 years, and we have left completely satisfied EVERY single time! The customer service is above and beyond; you can tell they really care about their customers. I have never felt pressured to purchase more than I need, and prices are fair. They always take good care of us! 10/10 — I highly recommend, and can’t imagine going anywhere else!!

I arrived early for my appointment, and they immediately took my car in for the repairs. In less than 15 minutes, everything was done, and I was ready to go. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional, and I will definitely be going back to NTB in the future. It was a fantastic experience!

Just picked up my car from this NTB on Main in Hendersonville. Both Craig and Hunter were very helpful. I don’t want to trash other places, but I will say I had an issue and was quoted $1040 at one other place. I wanted a second opinion and NTB got the job done for around $400. Very happy and this will likely now be my go to spot for everything from here on out.

A family member was stranded with a flat tire after visiting friends. I aired it back up but we didn’t want the same thing to happen an hour later. So, we called NTB and they agreed to take us in 20 minutes. We got there early, they took us right away and were able to patch the tire. When we asked how much, they said “no charge” and just asked we consider them when we need new tires—which of course we undoubtedly will. Thank you so much, Hunter, and the team at Hendersonville NTB!!
