As with all Publix, this is a great place to shop. Employees are so nice, so helpful and appreciative. My wife and I stopped in for a sandwich while visiting in the area and had a wonderful experience.

Yesterday on Sunday 3/5/23 at 3pm I walked up to the deli counter and was the only customer. Four people working the deli looked up at me and saw me waiting and even though they all made eye contact with me, no one said a word. They did not help me for ten minutes while I just stood there. It was very awkward as they knew I needed help and refused to acknowledge me besides looking at me. It was so weird and disrespectful. People come to Publix for a better experience, even walmart employees dont behave this poorly and that is saying a lot. I think the deli staff that was working that afternoon need to be evaluated and learn decent customer service interaction skills. Because something seems off with you if you just stand there and stare without saying a word.

I realized I had entered the wrong date for picking up my daughter's birthday cake when I went to collect it. The team at the bakery section saved the day by fixing up the cake I needed in the shortest time possible. I was humbled by that, and I thank them for that. Keep up the good work. The sushi ? is good too!!

We had a cake made based off of picture for a baby shower and the attention to detail in decorating this cake was absolutely amazing! The cake was pretty good too! If you need a specialty cake, definitely try Publix. They did a great job for us.

What made our visit was Brandon. While walking past him, I mentioned to my niece how we would not be purchasing her uncle a Coke because he prefers the Mexican Coke in the glass bottle and they didn't have it in stock. Brandon stopped us and showed us where the Mexican Coke was. He then proceeded to help my sister in law by checking in the back for a specific sized water she was wanting to purchase. We then proceeded to an unfortunately empty bakery, we arrived a couple of hours before closing. Brandon then provided us with the best time to come back tomorrow morning for fresh bread. He also suggested a bottle of wine for Christmas. Brandon really made our trip and we appreciate him and Publix for training him so well.

This ain't a gourmet grocery store, but if you are looking for the essentials it's almost impossible to beat this place. Pay attention to the weekly BOGO items. Not unusual to save $20+ on your favorite staples

Fantastic!!!! We ordered my daughters birthday cupcakes, specifically the “pull apart” unicorn cupcakes-and they were picture perfect. The customer service was spot on, order was ready as promised, and the staff greeted us and thanks us for our business. Publix will absolutely be our go to for special occasion cakes. Thank you for making my daughters birthday so special!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Never have my stuff in time and it’s never their fault. They have plenty of time to call me and tell me how it’s not their fault but no time to callsomeone who can help? The Drs office or the insurance company come to mind.No drive through either.Honestly this is the worst example of a Publix I’ve ever seen. Nothing is more convenient, more affordable or nicer than the brand new Kroger across the street.

The deli department at this particular Publix needs some MAJOR improvement. I went in today to pick up an online catering order that was placed over a week in advance and it was a disaster. First, the associate named Becky who works in the deli should not be allowed around customers. Period. She continuously rolled her eyes at me and said "this is not my problem" when I was confused that they only had the meat prepared for a 24-person BBQ meal pack. I was extremely polite and just trying to understand as someone else in my office had placed the actual order. I was handed a list of what came with that catering pack and told "get everything else yourself." I had to get the coleslaw, beans, teas, rolls, etc. from the cold section across the deli when these were supposed to be warmed and ready to serve. I never got the sauce that was supposed to come with it either and had to buy it separately, but that would have been no big deal if the associates I dealt with were even somewhat apologetic. What an awful, awful experience. I would rather drive to another Publix 30 minutes away then to ever have to be treated that way again.

I just rolled my shopping cart out and was trying to lift my trunk while trying to keep my cart from rolling back. Out of nowhere, a Publix attendant held my cart and put them in my trunk. The kindness that is demonstrated is worth so much more than what my grocery bill. I love Publix! Faye Pryor

I LOVE Publix but this Deli staff is SO rude and disrespectful. I used to work for Publix a few years ago and the attitudes the male and female individuals were very unprofessional. Will not be back to this location and will encourage my friends to go to other locations as well.

It's always been nice shopping at Publix. I've shopped at Publix for years! Everything is fresh, the store is clean, their handmade made-to-order sub sandwiches are amazing and the bakery is the BEST...nothing compares to their baked goods, especially their cakes.
