I’ve been working with Brandon and his team over the past two weeks to help with an achy shoulder & they have been amazing! Timely, friendly, funny, and patient. They walk you through each of the exercises so you can keep working at home as well. Plenty of parking and easy to access. Highly recommend!

When I worked here the owner said it was the “nature of the business” to work an extra 20-30 min past the end of my shift. They would have employees wright down the time they arrived and left each day. If I put in the actual time I worked until like 5:35, they would make me change it to 5:00. They never paid me for the extra hours I worked each week.

Everyone at Results Physiotherapist is so friendly and knowledgeable! I really enjoy coming here and learning how to strengthen my muscles to avoid further injury, and my pain at walking is less now.

All the people at Results are friendly, accommodating, caring, professional and are good at what they do. I have been there for therapy a few times when needed. Several family members have been there too. Always good results from having therapy. Love this place!

the hip pain started to become extreme around the time that covid hit & elective surgeries were halted. when surgery could finally be scheduled, i was more than eager to get it done, complete physical therapy, to get back to ANY semblance of real life. First appt.: the therapist had trouble engaging or even making eye contact & i imagined what kind of reference an instructor would give,"he excelled in the formal, academic courses but had a hannibal-lectorish way of interacting with patients." without complaining/explaining, i called a few days later to request a more seasoned therapist. Second appt.: she had a warm persona & very effectively explained goals. however, none of the routines advanced in difficulty over my current baseline. for ex, when asked if i was doing stair climbing, i said that i had been forced to start using my surgical leg earlier than advised because there was a flight (about 20 stairs) between my bed & the nearest bathroom. she gave me a single wooden box stair & told me to repeat climbing it for 20 reps. with about 25 min. left in the session, i was placed on a recumbant bike, with timer set for 10 min. she immediately left at that point to bring back another patient with a shoulder complaint. they engaged in discussions about Ohio state fairs/delicious perogies (which is cooking favorite of mine)... the timer went off, no one noticed & i kept cycling for at least 5 more minutes until someone finally noticed. at that point, without ever returning, she sent over an assistant to finish the session with quad nms/ice. in spite of the free access that my skort provided, the asst. fumbled with electrode placement. she ended up placing the electodes mm from either side of the surgical scar & the ice pack over my hip, which only resulted in a sensation of having my scar tased, with no effect to my quads. would have raced, screaming from the clinic, but my now wonky hip & walker would not allow that.... i never returned & rehabbed myself with an excellent, progressive online routine from Vancouver Coastal Health. overall, the experience at your clinic was less "physiotherapy" than "physizzled-out-therapy"...

I give the PT team high five! They listen and adjust bases on your needs. There are two Results PT in that area and visited both. Dont go to wrong one! This one is next door to a chiropractic place and across from gas station at bridge bypass.

This is a great place and a great environment! These therapists really care about their patients! I worked mostly with Emily and Taylor and both are amazing ladies! They are so knowledgeable and gave me the best treatment!

Results Physio never disappoints. They are thorough, professional, competent and friendly. Their number one goal is to get you back to your daily routine prior to your injury/surgery. They listen to your concerns and explain what they’re doing and why. As long as you do your exercises they give you at home, 2-3/day and keep your appointments, you will regain your mobility and strength. This was not my first experience with Results Physio and I highly recommend them.

Julia was a Great therapist and really helped me a great deal. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it’s very hard to get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I assume it’s because they are extremely busy with her patients.
