Went in for a quick trip for some hair toner which I knew nothing about, and Angela walked me through all the best products and colors that would compliment me. Walked out with everything I needed in under 10 minutes! 100% recommend

Conveniently located exit 6. Friendly staff reasonable hours. No problems with exchanges or refunds. They are offering free paper bags for purchases.

Morgan K. is a lovely person. If I had a business I would want her working for me. I had a million+ questions and she was so patient and helpful. I did ask her name for this review because she deserves the recognition. She helped me with everything from hair to nails to hacks and back again. Thank you so much for your help and kindness - everyone should provide customer service like you!! You are so much more than 5-stars!!

I usually shop here without a problem. Today I couldn’t walk around the store without being followed and treated differently than other customers. I love how they assume because I am African American I need to steal... I can clearly see the manager hiding in the aisle watching my every step. The other employee was literally shaking as I walked by... I wish y’all wouldn’t promote discrimination!!

The staff here is the sweetest! If you’re planning on doing a non-traditional hair DIY, you’re in the right place. I always feel “heard” and no one ever judges my hair color combos…in fact, they encourage them! I don’t go anywhere else.

Morgan and Dustin were SO helpful in finding me the best products that work specifically for ME. I love going into a shop like Sally's and being able to get that kind of customer service in return. They were wonderful! Thank you all!!

Every time I visit this store, the entire staff is so friendly & helpful! At the same time, they're not pushy if you're not looking for help. They tend to run out of stock faster than some of the other Sally stores I've visited but not badly enough for me to shop elsewhere.

I was having trouble with my GPS getting me to the store and tried to call twice, allowing the phone to ring 12+ times both times and no one ever answered the phone. I finally managed to make my way there on my own, but once inside the store was not assisted with what I was looking for.. just pointed in a general direction as to where it might be located.

This was my first time going to sallys. Ever. My boyfriend suggested it since we wanted to dye my hair. Connie greeted us and helped us find everything and more! My boyfriend even found stuff for him. We both love the advice she gave us. And! She helpped us save money. Which is even better! She was very professional!
