Ordered 30 baseball themed chocolate cupcakes, only to have half of them yellow cake and missing any sort of baseball theme. This is the second time an issue like this happened. Last time they gave me the wrong order. It was similar to what I ordered and when I asked about it, they even said it was mine but they'd made a "mistake". Since my party was the next day, I had to take them. Word of advice, get your cakes/cupcakes somewhere else.

My name is Paul Ragnoli. I’m from the Detroit, MI. area. Recently, I visited the Sam’s Club in Hendersonville, TN. to buy a hat bc it was raining while we were there. I went to the clothing dept. where I approached an elderly, smiling lady named Marvis who was folding clothes! I asked her where the hats were and she said they don’t sell hats there and directed me to Walmart, just down the road. I struck up a conversation with her and we talked for quite a while. Marvis is 84 years old and is a very intelligent, hard working and dedicated employee. Imagine the experience she brings to the table!?Having been a former manage, as I was, we talked about workplace environment and employee / management interaction. We talked about how nice it is to have the manager / supervisor recognize you and say good morning or good afternoon, whatever the case may be. Teamwork makes everyone successful, and knowing your team mates names and their personal story lends a sense of personal worth to the workers. After all, kindness is free and the feeling it gives to your employees is immeasurable! I always treated my employees with respect, a sense of appreciation and worth and never took them for granted. Although Marvis didn’t spell it out in so many words, I sensed their could be some room for improvement in this area. I thoroughly LOVED talking to that lady! She is witty, smart, and funny! If I wasn’t in a rush to meet my son for dinner, I would have loved to pick her brain some more. So, if anyone in management is reading this, please stop by and show some respect for someone who has put in the time on this Earth and knows a thing of two. Just a smile and a hello and a “How are you doing Marvis?”. It would really make an elderly lady feel happy. Anyone who works there, please stop by and tell her that Paul from Detroit (who was riding in a handicapped scooter) will never forget her. And of someone could text me her address to my phone (586-206-7731), I would love to send her a card to show my appreciation! Thank you in advance!

Went an hour to pick up an item from the store. When I got there, it wouldn't fit in my cat. Okay... but the people at the "large item" pick-up (behind the building) were total jerks! I asked for a measuring tape, and she wouldn't give me one. She said that her eyes worked well enough! She said she would just dump it outside and I could get it myself because they wouldn't be around much longer. A simple "Sorry about that." would have done the trick! At least TRY and be accommodating to the customer and keep your bad attitude away from work!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Sam’s had a “door buster” deal (in May) for $100 off tires and $80 off for free installation. It ended on May 7th so I had to order tires online to get discount. I ordered that day, swiped to pay and the order was in. I got an email a day or two later saying the tires were in. I went in Wed. but was told the earliest I could get them would be on Saturday since everything is appointment now. I return on Sat. at my scheduled time (4pm) and they had no record of the tires I ordered. After about an hour or so, they found the same tire (with someone else’s name on them) but I was told they didn’t show up so I could get them. Ok good, after a couple hours wasted, we’re back on track…nope. Constantly asking me to repeat the order number or some other information until I think we are good so I leave to go eat. At this point it’s been about 3 hours. I’m afraid they’ll close and my car will get locked up so I leave my food to return before 8 only to find my car on a rack with not much done. Of course they never bothered to call but told me the techs were new and didn’t know how to remove the tires from the rims (I promise this is true as far fetched as it sounds.) After 4 hours, they tell me they have to put my old tires back on because they can’t do it (it’s a standard Camry with stock rims, nothing special) but they’d make it right with a gift card or something and I could return the next day when a more experienced tech would be in. Of course that manager disappeared and never seen again so the gift card was like everything else, a false promise. They had the employee who had only been there a week deliver the message to me that I could bring it back the next day but “couldn’t promise it would be done quickly because they’d be busy.” I went somewhere else for tires. Needless to say, I will never consider them again for tires, the management put two inexperienced young people in a bad position to be the only ones working on cars and it was a complete lack of responsibility, lack of accountability and poor management. You get what you pay for and in their case is nothing other than wasting people’s time.

As always, enough stock to sarisify our needs. We usually go to the other grocery stores or have groceries delivered by Instacart. We went to Sam's in Hendersonville, as usual there were more self checkout than cashiers. We've never been successful and always need help with it self checkouts. We are both in our late 70's and have a hard time lifting items from the cart. Today, we put most of the items up for checkout and tried to turn the others left in the basket with the bar codes up to scan with the handheld scanner that I've seen used at the registers. Today, after waiting several minutes for our cashier (associate) to finish helping another cashier (associate) at a different checkout assist a customer having difficulty with their payment card. She (didn't notice a name tag), immediately, in front of other customers, made an issue of items being left in our cart. I stated that I had turned the items up to scan. She immediately stated that "all" items had to be scanned. Then she proceeded to unload our items in a way that the other customers were glaring at us. Upon finishing, I asked if I need to insert my card. She said yes and after I did she asked if I wanted to use my Sam's cash on this order and I said yes. She again told me to insert the card and I said, "again?". She said my card may be declined if I tried more than once. I was told again that this was store policy, not, hers.We spent more than $250 today. That is a very big chunk of our monthly income, we will think long and hard to determine if and when we will visit thatimpolite employee's store in the future. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we should not have been the brunt of it. No name of cashier on our receipt.Thanks for listening

The discounts on the tires are great! Got a new set put on and the pricing was really good. Saved a lot going to them. Got the work done in an hour while I shopped. Employees were friendly, overall great experience!

I went to the Sam's Club in Murfreesboro yesterday... The store was poorly organized even though they did have a great selection..the check out, food court area, restrooms were dirty ..especially the women's restroom ..it was beyond bad with soiled toilet paper on the floor dirty stall walls ,no paper towels ,soaking wet sinks area etc. I'll never go back there

They have the most disgruntled rude employee named Mary that makes me never want to step foot in that store. She is miserable and so demeaning. So many good things about that store but they should definitely keep employees like her in the back office or somewhere where she is not dealing with customers on a daily basis. NOT a people person. Never a smile, never a warm greeting, never helpful.

My wife ordered a few things online and went to the pickup area, the lady brought the items out to our van, she knocked on the window and asked my wife to identify herself, with that being done, the Sam's Club Employee asked my wife to load the three cases of water!! Unbelievable!! That's why we use the pickup service! Take Note Sam's Club..... Costco is going to be the new game in Town Soon!

I have been business plus member for about 18 years and this club is going downhill in customer service. I had 2 carts full of stuff today and stool in line for about 10 minutes and cashier closed the lane. So, I called another cashier to help me. As she started helping me, she asked me if I could do a favor and I said yes, she asked me to get a bottle of water from their cooler that they have. As I was getting her bottle of water her supervisor named Kim thought I was stealing her.!5 cents bottle of water. I bought $700.00 dollars' worth of stuff and I was accused of stealing their .15 cents bottle of water. So, I demanded to speak to manager and guy named Will came outside to talk to me who refused to shake my hand. I told him what just happened. I told him why their customer service is going downhill. So, he told me to leave. I have never been humiliated like these 2-person humiliated me. I will not be going to this place as long as these 2 idiots are working there. I will go to one in Nashville by the airport where you treated much better than this.

Showed up at 6 PM on a Friday hoping to buy a few things and get a hot dog. Website says the cafe closes at 7 but it was already closed. Why not update the hours on the website to reflect the real department hours? Also, everything I wanted was out of stock.

This was my first time at this particular Sam's Club. Overall, I was satisfied with our visit. The restrooms were tidy and clean, the store was clean as well, and most things we wanted were in stock. Including the delicious Member's Mark brand stuffed salmon! So good! I was sad to see the Nashville Hot Chicken spice sold out. And I couldn't believe the cafe was closed! We were there on a Monday around 2 pm, and I didn't see any signs about why it was closed. Maybe because Easter was yesterday? But I'm not sure. Either way, my son was disappointed to not get the pizza during our Sam's visit. I am always searching for some good Member's Mark items because I do think the brand has a lot of quality things for a good price! I also think that this Sam's had a good selection of wines, for any wine lovers out there.
