Absolutely ridiculous! I was visiting from out of town and I got a flat tire luckily I was staying at the hotel right next-door so I drove over to Sam’s Club with the flat. I let them know that I was from Illinois and that I needed my tire fixed so I could drive home. They made me wait about an hour only to tell me that they were out of patches. That is insane. How does a tire repair shop run out of patches?? Or maybe you could’ve told me before I waited the entire hour. Then I had to drive over to Walmart and wait three hours for my tire to get fixed. Doesn’t Walmart own Sam’s Club couldn’t you have gotten a patch from Walmart or somewhere else?

Me and my husband always go to this Sam’s club. It’s clean. We are always in and out. Sunday morning this Hispanic lady ask to see our membership but she never ask the two people that went in before us. We have never been ask to see our membership. We felt uncomfortable. Very racist experience.

Sam Walton finds a way to make money no matter if he is dead or alive... like that you can now find sales on certain products. Only downfall is the the long long check out lines and the folks at the exit doors that scan your receipt as you leave, makes getting out of the store extremely a pain.

I usually go inside to shop, but today, to save time. I used the pickup service. It was very easy and convenient. They have drive-through in case of bad weather (rain) or designated parking.

FIVE STARS! Simply because I love this Sam's, but especially because the employee named Crystal was literally one of the nicest people I've ever met. She was quick to help out me and my family, plus her personality just made us all smile. If she hasn't gotten a raise, she deserves it

Well maintained. Employees serving food samples are friendly. The sample kiosk is easy to use, just scan membership card and get the samples.

Here it is more expensive than in other Sam's clubs. Also some products are more expensive than in Walmart! It's ridiculous to pay for the membership and have prices higher than in Walmart.

Griff is a RockStar and his outstanding customer service and take charge attitude reminded me of the way the Sam's Club Tire Department customer experience used to be years ago. I hesitated to go due to past experiences, but I had a huge nail/screw in the wall of my nearly new tire and sliced valve. It was not safe to drive. I was pleasantly surprised that both Griff and Justin treated me like I mattered and delivered a Customer First Experience! Great customer service skills seem to be so rare these days. Grateful to both of these young men for staying over to make sure I got back on the road safely. A grateful customer!

I enjoyed visiting this location. Employees both in the main store and pharmacy are nice and helpful if you are looking for a specific item. I like how clean this Sam’s Club is kept which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.
