While there are things I like about this Sam's, I am constantly annoyed that they have outages on items that the 5 grocery stores within 2 miles of them have plenty of on the shelf, including the Walmart Super Center less than a mile away. This indicates bad store supply chain management. Items that that have been an ongoing problem and that I frequently order are Green Peppers, Romaine Lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, gold potatoes, and this list goes on and on. Their business is going to Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Costco and Aldi but they don't seem to care.There is a Costco slated to open within 3 miles of this store in late 2023 or early 2024 and one would think they would be trying harder to build customer loyalty. I am a member at both places, and usually have Costco items delivered since their closest store is 28 miles away, but that will soon not be the case I will be dropping Sams if their stock outs on staple items every other food store has doesn't improve.

Best gas at a great deal. Also, FYI fellow customers. You can generally us any stall going with the flow they have set up. You can stretch the hose to the opposite side of the vehicle.

I went to the Sam's Club in Murfreesboro yesterday... The store was poorly organized even though they did have a great selection..the check out, food court area, restrooms were dirty ..especially the women's restroom ..it was beyond bad with soiled toilet paper on the floor dirty stall walls ,no paper towels ,soaking wet sinks area etc. I'll never go back there

They have the most disgruntled rude employee named Mary that makes me never want to step foot in that store. She is miserable and so demeaning. So many good things about that store but they should definitely keep employees like her in the back office or somewhere where she is not dealing with customers on a daily basis. NOT a people person. Never a smile, never a warm greeting, never helpful.

Who can beat Sam's Club gas prices? Thus the reason we go! However, and I do not know why I let it bother me, the people who decide to enter the pumps going the WRONG direction... as though their time is more important that someone else's... my issue is really with the staff - put a stop to it - I have witnessed more than one argument between patrons over it. Do not be surprised when a fight opens up.

Gas prices are some of the lowest in town. Sam's touch free payment system at the pump is simple to do. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

My wife ordered a few things online and went to the pickup area, the lady brought the items out to our van, she knocked on the window and asked my wife to identify herself, with that being done, the Sam's Club Employee asked my wife to load the three cases of water!! Unbelievable!! That's why we use the pickup service! Take Note Sam's Club..... Costco is going to be the new game in Town Soon!

I have been business plus member for about 18 years and this club is going downhill in customer service. I had 2 carts full of stuff today and stool in line for about 10 minutes and cashier closed the lane. So, I called another cashier to help me. As she started helping me, she asked me if I could do a favor and I said yes, she asked me to get a bottle of water from their cooler that they have. As I was getting her bottle of water her supervisor named Kim thought I was stealing her.!5 cents bottle of water. I bought $700.00 dollars' worth of stuff and I was accused of stealing their .15 cents bottle of water. So, I demanded to speak to manager and guy named Will came outside to talk to me who refused to shake my hand. I told him what just happened. I told him why their customer service is going downhill. So, he told me to leave. I have never been humiliated like these 2-person humiliated me. I will not be going to this place as long as these 2 idiots are working there. I will go to one in Nashville by the airport where you treated much better than this.
