Worst place I have been in years. The staff is unbelievably rude. I haven’t experienced such a mean girl mentality in my adult life. I was there for over 30 minutes trying to find a shade of lipstick. And when I would try to talk to one of the acct. she would act like she couldn’t hear me. Ok fine maybe, I am quite shy at time. But it was obvious that I needed help. As I tried on one of the colors I forgot to use the applicator, that was 100% my bad. The women came over and made a big deal it and the. And this is not an exaggeration- please if u work for Sephora you could see it on the cameras. She walks over to a group of younger that us (the lady and I are both an our mid 30s maybe early 40s) and starts talking to them about how gross it is and that she doesn’t want anyone to get sick. Then they all start staring and talking. I tell her that I think it is unbelievable how long I’ve been in that store and that’s the first time I’ve been approached by anyone offering any sort of assistance.Thw girls she is talking start to kinda chuckle and she just asks like she doesn’t know what I am talking. This was Monday at the 22 around 7. She was a shorter, a bit older than most of the people who work there with shortish brown hair. That’s all that I’m gonna say about her appearance but I’m sure there are other descriptive words I could use. I walked out and went straight to Ulta. I’ll never shop at that kohl or Sephora.

Bailey helped me out and she went way beyond. She’s an A+ plus plus employee and you are so blessed to have her here. She rocks!!! Better keep her.

Update: would like to add that Bailey (I think that’s her name) is the sweetest worker there. Always has a great attitude and willing to help. She is also the reason I still keep going to the store.___________________________Sephora in kohls Hendersonville is honestly the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to.. they are constantly out of everything for weeks. WEEKS! I have gone every week for the same products and they have been out (the Sephora collection at that).. so I asked the lady that was working, “hey when do you restock your store because you guys are always out of the same stuff” she said, “oh every Tuesday.”…. Well I show up Tuesday and they are still out of the same thing, then I showed up the next day because I figured I didn’t give them enough time to put everything out… nope still out. Now I barely go but when I do they are still out of the same things… so odd. I only go here because I live 5 minutes away and don’t like ordering online one thing. Another thing is they never have enough people working, and no one can help the customers because they are usually at the register. Or one is at lunch and 1 at the register. I am just really disappointed with this store and wish it was better because it has so much potential. Thankfully ulta is right there and I can get most of the stuff there other than the Sephora collection.

Have been a customer of sepora for 15 years. Murfreeboro is the best ?am from the north they always treat me great. But your store in Hendersonville is the worst. Store not busy associates busy talking. Had to ask for help, finally get help she acted like i was bothering her had no experience in cosmetics. Asked about vip sale didnt know anything about it. Where is your training of employees done. I would suggest a new staff. I will go to murfreeboro. Never go back. To that location.

Monday night 4/10/23 the young woman working here was the most racist and rude woman I’ve ever experienced at a Sephora I wish I would have gotten her name to report to corporate. I have never experienced that poor of service in a Sephora. Not sure if it was a Kohl’s employee or what but I would never be back and don’t suggest this location to anyone ever!

I had such a great experience with my sales associate Ivory. I needed to make a return and she made it super easy and gave me a sample and recommendation based on my skin’s needs since the product I returned didn’t work for me. She was very inviting and knowledgeable on all the brands I had purchased as well. 10/10 customer service and will be shopping here over ulta. Thank you!

Ulta Carrie's more than this lil a** selection of Sephora. Come on now. I don't care if they just opened too. ITS SEPHORA. They should be more organized and be like the other stores. Lacking a lot. Sad. Very sad.

Believe it’s time for me to cut up my Kohl’s cards and find a better shopping option. You have gotten away from family and starting catering to a fringe.... and I’d even say gone as far as encouraging pedophilia.

Imbecile Associates In Pickup I live and work an hour away from this store. I asked the associate twice if my items were available for pickup. At first they couldn’t find my order with order number. She said when you get here just use your Phone number. So I left work and went there. The lady tried to look for my order. I told her you have to find it by phone number. That’s what the chick told me. She said we don’t have your order. They put it back in the shelf. Are you freaking kidding me???? I asked the lady twice on the phone. She said “yeah it’s on the shelf.” Why would these jerks just lie to you when they could have just told you on the phone? Will not shop at this store again.
