If you want the option to get the cash that you spent or ticket don’t go to this store for lottery needs. I went to this shell on New Shackle to cash in my lottery tickets which totaled $54 dollars. Not much but hey I need it! They told me I couldn’t get cash for the lottery tickets that say ticket. I’m very frustrated because I would have went to another store. I then said okay Nevermind I’ll take it to a store that will give me the money because I really need it. I was told well I’ve already scanned it so you can’t you have to take the tickets. The Tn lottery should be the same across the board in TN right??! He ended up giving me 7 $1 tickets and 37 dollars in cash in which I didn’t realize until I had already drove off & left smh smh smh. I’m still owed another $10 for my winning lottery ticket. This experience was terrible and I don’t even have the time to go get my $10 that Mike shorted me. I’m so disappointed in my experience with the lottery with this store and management.

Pumps have really loud ads that play while you pump your gas. Lame.

Done here. Been going to this station for over 20 years and today was my last visit. Anymore it seems like a gamble if the pumps are actually going to work. Stopped today and tried 2 pumps before giving up and going down the street. Neither would get past the Fuel Rewards signup screen. They would just hang there. Tried hitting NO, tried YES. It would just hang there for about 3 minutes before eventually timing out and asking for a receipt when I wasn't even able to pump any gas.Also, a $200 hold on my AmEx? With the price of gas today I understand a $75 or $100 hold, but $200?? Seriously??I will say the times I've went in the staff has always been super nice, so nothing against them. They just really need to fix/update their equipment.

This gas station overcharged me 85.00 on 15.00 worth of gas on 1-24-22. I will file a fraud claim with my bank. This is not the first time thia has happened at this location.

Can't break a hundred dollar bill. Why even be in business if you can't be organized enough to keep change in your register. The cashier was completely rude as well. Maybe highest gas prices in Hendersonville. Go to a different convenience store, this place is a waste of time.

I love this store! I have never had a bad experience and I’ve been going there for years. Always a friendly employees and they stay well stocked. Plus the donuts are really good!
