My husband and I came there to get gas when it was freezing out paid for $30 in gas for the pump to be frozen the woman inside said the money would go back on our card, & we had to go down to Goodlettsville to get gas & that didn't happen we had to reach out to our bank as of today when I noticed it when the second accident accoured, Now today my husband came there to get gas the gas pump was messed up went to pay for it came out & noticed it was messed up went inside to let the woman know and to get his money back or to get gas on another pump the woman yelled at my husband and told him to get out!! Horrible customer service I understand that sometimes people try to get out on people but it's not like he was trying too!! Paid with our bank card, and we have plenty of money!! The woman could check the cameras to see there was no foul play at the pump and it was messed up before he got there, which is what she was saying that he pretty much messed with it!! He just wanted what he paid for or his money back he would of been more than happy to get on another pump!! Out another $30! And on top of that the woman said she paid $20 out of pocket for the last transaction when our bank paid for that!! We are very well known in the community and always give back to others and have never been treated so poor in our lives!! It sucks being out money and no gas but the worst part was being treated so poorly for absolutely no reason!! Would love to talk to the owner, we lived in this area for years and have never had problems before!

Worst shell station in the world. Only a few things have prices, but they apparently aren’t accurate. A fountain soda said $1.69 for a large, but they charged $2.79 for a 32oz refill. When questioned why it was so much higher than posted, the answer was “because”.If I ran out of gas in the parking lot I would call an Uber to take me somewhere else to get some.Shell should be ashamed to have their sign on this place.

Great local owned and operated market, deli, and fueling station. Great breakfast biscuits made fresh every morning. Friendly atmosphere, clean but dated interior makes for a feeling of stepping back in time. I think I'll frequent their breakfast.

Just another trashy redneck gas station, where degenerates and the dregs of society congregate. It's been the place to buy and sell drugs since i was in highschool 10 years ago. It's a cess pool that needs to burn down again, it is a blight on the community. Discourteous staff and the slowest pumps ever built.
