Travis was freaking awesome! Love my phone and he did everything so competently. I got there early for my phone, so it didn't take too long to transfer everything over. He definitely know his stuff! He also helped other customers whilst giving me updates on my phone. Very professional and deserves all accolades

T Mobile has a great service team at the Hendersonville store. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help! I couldn’t be more satisfied with their help or their product. Service like they provide has become less and less common. Hang on to these guys T Mobile!!!

Trevor was awesome to us yesterday (09/21/2023). We actually purchased our new iPhones at the Gallatin store but they had difficulty setting up my wife’s. After multiple failed attempts we took it to the Hendersonville TN store. Trevor worked through the set up issues and had her phone up and running in 30 minutes talking us through the whole way. Trevor is awesome. Thank you Trevor.

After having a less than desirable experience at another store, I stopped into this location on a whim and was greeted by Ricky. I posed the questions I had from my other experience, and not only did Ricky answer them well beyond what the other store did, he gave me peace of mind regarding my now quite complicated bill. What speaks volumes is that he wasn't even getting my business, as everything was completed at the other store - unfortunately. Yet he was willing to take his time to help me understand my new situation, and also armed we with any info I would need should I have more questions in the future. From now on I'll only set foot in this store. Ricky is the man. Truly exceptional customer service.

Although the local customer service is good, they have the worst service. I live one mile from this location and I have horrible reception in my home. Looking forward to switching soon.

Corporate, I would keep Travis around as much as possible and give him a raise! The knowledge and kindness he showed me today is definitely someone I would keep around as long as you can. Maybe even pay him to travel and train! He knew everything. He took the time to help me with my situation with grace and kindness. He actively went around the store and showed me options and made sure we grabbed every deal we could personally afford. He took the time to make sure everything would be fine even after we left! This man was respectful and very knowledgeable! I left the store with confidence and a smile! Called everyone instantly and told them to go asap to get help from Travis if they want to switch services!Applause to him! I hope yall give him the credit he truly deserves!

I am not a T-Mobile monthly subscriber. I needed to purchase a prepaid sim card for a project and I bought it at another location. I started getting late notices and demand letters 2 months later. Their call center would not help and they told me to go to that store. That store had been closed. I went to the Hendersonville location and they were so nice and professional. They said the other store had incorrectly put my purchase in as a contract. The rep cleared the balance and corrected the account. I was expecting a long drawn out issue, but it was so easily resolved.

I've had TMobile uninterrupted since '02. Any issues are always resolved satisfactorily by Dakota, Travis or anyone else that I've ever dealt with. Thank you.

T-Mobile should not be allowed to sell phones in hendersonville, they have absolutely zero service and that includes at their store where they must use wifi to trick people into buying phones.
