I called the 800 number and made a reservation. I was emailed confirmation of the reservation for today, Sunday at 1pm. I drive to the location (30 minutes from my house, but they had the soonest appointments). I arrive and let them know I'm there for a hitch install. The associate replied "dropping off for tomorrow?" And I replied no, it's today at 1pm. He looks up my reservation and states it's Tuesday, not today. I told him I wouldn't have booked for a Tuesday, since I work. I looked up the email and sure enough, the email states today. I showed him. He replies, "the guy who does the installs isn't in on Sundays or Mondays." As if I should have known that? Come to find out, while the 800 number booked me for Sunday, the store itself changed my reservation to Tuesday and didn't bother to notify me. When I showed up today, no apologies were offered. I was treated flippantly and as though I should have already known. He offered to reschedule but I was so upset by that point I decided to just leave. He calls after me "I guess you want me to cancel the Tuesday appointment?" It felt as though he was mocking me. I call the 800 number, spoke with someone who tried to transfer me back to the store. When I declined, he offered to transfer me to "corporate." Ended up transferring me to some department that isn't open on weekends. Does uhaul even care about customer service?

Friendly staff. Clean trucks. Fast service. In and out faster than McDonald's. Trucks gobble the gas though. 16 miles round trip ate a quarter tank. Overall I'm pleased for in town hauling and will use again.

Young man behind counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get all item on my list. He even helped carry heavy item to my truck since I have walking problems. I don,t remember his name but he was a blessing!!

Super easy to reserve a truck and dolly for a weekend trip involving a move. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my experience.

Friendly. Have plenty...not just uhaul. Ask about a hitch, they give you all the right answer and at a very good price. They also install what they sell and do so quickly. It is best advised though, to make an appointment.

Got a hitch installed for a Subaru and it was a super easy and fast process. I waited in their waiting room for about an hour and it was done.

I made an appt to have a hitch installed and about 40 min after my appt time they called me and informed me they had drilled 2 of the 4 holes necessary for installation. The second set of holes they could not drill because the metal was too hard. I returned to the store and they informed me that they had burned up a bunch of bits and it would require a plasma torch which they didn't have. I purchased the hitch from them bc I knew it could be installed bc I had done research before making the appt. I took my car to my nephew who had it installed in less than 30 min with a DRILL not a plasma torch. They advertise hitch installation but they failed because they weren't using sharp bits.

Great experience. Rented a truck and filled a u-box to ship to another state. Manager runs a tight ship.

I wouldn't have them install a trailer hitch unless you want them to mess up your car electrical system. You will deal with the most rudest workers at this location and they simple don't care. I want ever use them again and want ever let them install anymore hitches and to be honest I don't think I will ever step foot or buy anything from them again I have never had a employee talk to me the way they spoke and treated me I really don't understand how they let there employees talk to there customers rudely
