This is my go to UPS Store. I live in Gallatin, but i go here. The new manager is the kindest person. She actually cares about her staff and the customers. She remembers little details like when my mom was sick and I really appreciate that. I love the staff as well, they are all so much fun. Esp Brooklyn, she always says welcome and has a smile on her face!!They get you in and out so fast!! Love this place!

My visit yesterday (8.6.25) at the 3016 UPS store was very disappointing. I am new to the area and started going to this UPS store about a year ago. I have always had a pleasant experience for the most part until today. I was dropping off my amazon package for a return and the two younger ladies upfront didn’t even acknowledge me. They were standing around talking to each other. I was the only costumer inside the store at this point. As the younger lady with the lighter brown hair approached the register she had a straight face no greeting. I asked her with a smile, “hello how is your day going?” Her response was “good” with no smile and looked at me as if I said something wrong. It was such an odd interaction. I kindly asked if I could possibly have three dollars in exchange For my quarters that I had. I honestly never do this, but I was kind of in a rush meeting somebody from marketplace and I figured it was only three dollars so it wouldn’t hurt to ask. Her response was in a way like why would I even ask “No we cant do that”. I then walked out but at the same time kinda taken back at how she acted towards me from when I stepped into the store. Like I was bothering her for even coming in to drop my package off. I decided to speak to a manager just so she was aware of my experience so other customers would not have the same. I work in hospitality so I am big on treating all customers kind and respectful. When I came back in the store, the other girl (darker hair) rolled her eyes, turned around and went to the back room . Nobody even came out to see what I needed. I asked if I could please speak to a manager, and that is when the manager that was on duty today came out. No smile, just straight face with arms crossed. I told her exactly what happened. Her response was the girls are working. I doubt she rolled her eyes at you. The way she was talking to me was so condescending. She said why are you making a big deal about three dollars. I told her it wasn’t about the three dollars it was about my experience from when I stepped into the store . They were not nice woman to say the least. Inot nice about it at all or welcoming upon me even entering the store and then I told her about when I came back into the store how the other girl rolled her eyes And turned around. She said oh they wouldn’t do that. They’re just working which they weren’t. They were just standing there doing nothing. She was so condescending talking to me. I asked for someone higher that I could speak to just because this whole situation made me so uncomfortable.

I Met a fine young man today in the local UPS store a Mr Sanders so willing to help very cordial and attentive. He welcomed me into the store and returned with me outside to unload some very heavy batteries. I offered to help but he said no sir that’s the reason I am here.
I would like to give a shout out to Mr Sanders a true gentleman. We need more youth like him in our world today.

Every time I go in I am greeted and helped in a timely manner. Sanders is the best. His helpful and very kind. He explains the process and answers any questions you have. All shipments get delivered in the correct time. Love you guys!

I was in the 170 E. Main st. Hendersonville TN. The two females were very hateful to me. Just because they didn't receive a fax or email. They talked about me to each other. I will not come back in that store or refer anyone.
