If I can help it, I will never use them again. They lost my package and proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing they could do about it. They asked me to wait a month to see if the product would turn up then submit a ticket for the POSSIBILITY of a refund. Not a guarantee, but a POSSIBILITY

This facility, Hendersonville TN, and staff are not friendly, they never answer the phone, the mail carriers are not reliable. Overall if I could give a negative score I would.

This is by far one of the saddest Post Office Their mail delivery for our apartment complex has been an issue for a number of years. And nothing has been done to approve it.

Been waiting a week for mail I was supposed to get last Friday. Informed delivery said I had 7 pieces of mail. Watched the driver 3 of the last 6 days deliver mail on opposite side of my street and turn around and not stop at any house on my side.

Booked an appointment a month before for 5 year old kid passport at 8:30 am in the morning. When I arrived there was notice on the door saying they don’t accept any passport application before 9 am. The staff is terrible simply they do not care. At least do not allow to book appointment online or send an email about the appointment.

After searching all over Nashville for someone to process my passport application, this is the only place that got me in and out less than 10 minutes. They take walk-in’s mainly M-F 12:30-1:30. They treated me so nice. I felt so relieved after hesitating on driving from Smyrna, TN to Hendersonville which is about a 50minute drive.

Amber helped me with my passport application. I was there an hour earlier than my appointment and she was super kind and helpful as I wasn't exactly sure what all documents were needed or which copies of what. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

Never call the local number. They don't answer it whatsoever. This is the worst place for any type of decent customer service by far. Absolutely worthless. They don't want to help people and it shows....

Amber helped me with my passport. She was very pleasant and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. There was an elderly couple in front of me also getting their passports and the staff were very patient. I felt guilty holding up the line, but someone came to assist the person behind me so i didnt feel rushed. Would most definitely recommend this location. Remember to get an appointment first!

Amazing. Had a form left in mailbox that mailbox is too far from the road. I have lived there almost 7 years and don't have any idea how long the mailbox has been in current location. I agree that it needs to be stabilized but moved closer to the road?! After being in same location for who knows how long?!

This has to be the worst managed post office in the country. Only one clerk and not only is she having to do all the duties of a postal clerk but she is also doing passports.
If this was just a bad day then I would be more likely to understand but it's like this almost every time I come in here.
