So look, I have Big, BIG, huge issues with corporate verizon. But this store? Incredible customer care. I see Trisha mentioned in another review, and she is freaking fantastic. As was Alexius. Manager Deigo also helped me close out an incredibly frustrating and enraging experience with my broken phone with grace. FYI, do NOT buy the flip phone 4 or any later iteration. Some fatal flaws. Now I'm stuck buying insurance until when I have to get a new phone because it is so prone to breakage and issues. I was in-store for over 2 hours troubleshooting and then on multiple calls with Asurion. I had given up my insurance 3 months ago because I'm stubborn and super-careful. Lesson learned with this mal-developed, should be put out of production phone I'm not stuck with (and my guess is they'll have to replace again). Having worked in Customer Care for 7 years, I can attest to this store's patience, persistence, wisdom, caring, compassion, grace, good humor CORPORATE VERIZON? Y'all can go f-ck yourselves for your shoddy financial practices with issues. In 18 months, I've been through 4 of your wifi boxes, had to use a week's worth of vacation time cumulatively, arranging logitics to work out-of-home and crazy stress (and I don't get stressed unless it's tech or family-related). I've asked for managers for help with credits and whatnot and to very little avail. And this stupid, sh-tty phone? I point-blank asked the store where I purchased it if I should be aware of any issues. I've missed work today and will miss 6-12 hours tomorrow on top of 10 hours today for this ridiculousness. Ride-share costs to and from. Having to leave the dog I'm pet sitting for to deal with this. If not under warranty, I'd be buying a new phone, which I can't well afford. When we thought in-store my insurance was still active, it was still $100 that couldn't be waived despite my heavily advocating for it. And I didn't drop, break, spill anything or damage it. It just stopped working. While I think insurance is often just a bunch of BS, you all have corneed me into having coverage until my phone dies. Or until a competitor does better. You've absolutely lost my loyalty. I have friends who work with Asurion. I've long bad-mouthed excessive insurance. I can't believe I'm praising an insurance company and having to slam you. Which I'll do on your mainstream website when I feel like wasting any more time on your shoddy practices. My online reviews are proactively positive 99% of the time. You've driven me to negative insanity. Get a grip and serve your f-cking true stakeholders and NOT investors first. Your frontline customer care is priceless. Empower your next-level managers to be more helpful, accomodating and rewarding. Especially to life-long customers. Which you've just lost one of as soon as I pay this piece of crap off and find a more customer-friendly provider. To the verizon store manager reading this, my apologies for the chaos today and my continued warm thanks for your wonderfulness and your amazing staff. Corporate verizon: your customer care is the only reason I've stayed and you should reward them better as well. Or go enjoy your "stuff" while you just piss people off and lose employees over what I can only imagine are low-grade employee practices. Much love to Trisha, Alexius and Diego!! I would leave negative stars if possible. The store manager, Diego Arellano, gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. He was not only rude, but refused to give me the name of his superior in order to make a more private complaint, so | am therefore reduced to making a more public complaint here. Diego was rude and disrespectful from the very beginning of our interaction. I therefore requested that another employee help me. This employee (Shane Dashiell, who I would give 5 stars to!) went on to let me know that the work environment under Diego is very toxic and that the employees are unhappy working with him.Shane went on to detail that the Hendersonville store used to be a happy store to work at and since Diego has come on, three employees have left before receiving their 6 month sign on bonus due to the treatment that they receive from Diego. I can attest that I have not been treated in such a manner in a very long time, if ever, and when I asked for the name of Diego's supervisor, he not only refused, but went so far as to tell me not once, but twice, "there is the door" instead of giving me a name of someone I could contact. I would be happy to go into more details of my experience with a member of the Verizon team, but suffice to say that I walked away in disbelief that this man is representing a company that I have been with for over 20 years. Based on my interaction with him today, I do not feel comfortable going to my local Verizon store. He made me feel not only disrespected but unwelcome. From what I experienced today, he is not fit to represent the company nor lead others.

03/25/23-First time in over 12 years since I’ve been with Verizon that I got a free cellphone. The only stipulation was to renew my contract for 3 years. Why not? Thank you, Verizon. I ordered a new IPhone 12 while visiting TN. Nice and busy retail store. I was able to place my order online and was given the option to select Locker Pick-Up and it was convenient and fast because again, this store is very busy.

If I could no stars I would. We went in today to transfer a phone number from a different carrier to a brand new phone with verizon. The gentlemen helping us today was provided all the information he needed including the correct phone number. Somehow he pulled a different number from the other carrier. When we brought it to the attention the of the manager he told us we were out of luck and that he couldn't do anything for us besides pay off the phone we just traded in for, buy another phone, pay a restocking fee, and add another line to switch that "wrong" number over to verizon. I've spent 4+ hours getting transferred between verizon representatives to get this issue resolved. I am highly unimpressed with the stores response to THEIR MISTAKE.

Didn't have an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes to get help. Swapped out the wife's phone and transferred all the data. Been with Verizon 25 years now. Hard to beat the good service and excellent coverage they have.

Great phones, great customer service and you couldn’t ask for a better cellular service especially if your running a business from your phone. Been with Verizon nearly 20 years and do not plan on going anywhere! Highly recommend!

Had to stop by because my SIM failed on me and the phone was in SOS mode. Really kind of stressful ending to my day. Arrived at the store around 5PM an hour before closing. Store was pretty busy and I had never been in so I just kind of wandered around but Diego made sure I got myself signed in at the kiosk while he was helping another customer. Waited about 20 minutes and it was Diego again that helped me with my phone's issues. I was heading home with a properly working phone around 5:30. Was very pleased with the speed and attitude of the staff. Really grateful to have a working phone again!

Today I had some great service at the Verizon store in Hendersonville, TN. Yesterday my phone fell from the chair and half my screen was black. I spent a half-hour with Trisha this morning and we figured out a plan, pricing, etc. I needed to leave but said I would return this afternoon with my phone and would also bring my daughter and her phone to get fixed. When I returned, Trisha was gone but Ponci was there. He worked with us for over 2 hours. I was so impressed with the patience and great customer service of both Trisha and Ponci. When we left, everything was done to our satisfaction. Ponci was supposed to leave at 5:00 but he stayed till 6:00 to help us finish. I am so thankful for all they did for us. Thank you so much Trisha and Ponci! I will definitely be back to work with you again.

I walked in frustrated. I said I needed help with my bill. The woman said I needed to lower my voice. Considering I wasn't yelling I was surprised. She said they only do sales. She walked over to the counter to write the phone number for billing. Had she said anything kind or even remotely warm the experience would have been different. Apparently, she's one who wants everything rainbows. She should never interact with people unless it's been predetermined the issue is a good one. I left shaking with anger. I sat in the parking lot for a while instead of going home as I didn't want to drive in the rain while my hands were shaking so badly. She has long, straight brown hair and is tall and thin. Be aware.

Bought my wife an iPhone 14 Pro and needed help setting it up. We were lucky enough to get probably the best experience we've ever had from a store rep from any location (Apple, Verizon, Best Buy, etc.). Ponciano ("Ponci") was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, not to mention genuine and just simply a really nice guy trying to make the best life for him and his young family. He took the time to explain everything, patiently troubleshooting issues that came up, and even made sure my wife's CarPlay was working correctly before we left. He is the main reason that we've stayed with Verizon for so long....good people giving great service with a smile. Hope to hear a Yelp response back from the store manager at Indian Lake and recognize this young man for making your store and Verizon shine!
