I have also been going here for years for one prescription since it is open 24 hours. They are rude and are saying there is a new law that says they can't serve me when noone else carries my medicine. Walgreens has just went down hill over the years. Noone cares any more.

Everytime I go to this place the staff is always great, Especially the Pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist himself.. But I wanna acknowledge Austin in the Pharmacy, He always goes above and beyond ..Also Emily and the Pharmacists there, They actually care.I noticed 2.7 star ratingWhen u deal with people’s insurances and policies and the rest of Bureaucratic red tape, people will not be happy. But I gotta sayThese people go way above and beyondI had to re-edit my postYesterday 1-9/2023 Austin, Emily, and I can’t remember the other ladies nameThey went above and beyond to help me w a $1400 drugGot my insurance to pay 85% of it which they never doSo thank you Walgreens Pharmacy for being there for all of us.Todd JohnsonJohnson’s Pressure Washing Services.

Awesome that this store is 24 hours. It’s also awesome you can put $ on Chime card for free.

New friendly staff. A lot of door dash orders here. Great place to do cash deposits for cash app and other online banking corporations!

Horrible incompetent pharmacy. They don't have a medicine, get it in, don't let you know. Then they text you have 5 days to pick it up. You go to get it and it's been put up on 2nd day. Spoke with pharmacy manager when wanted pharmacist. Never heard such a low talking mumbling man. I'm 30 and hearing is perfect. Horrible place.

This pharmacy is abysmal. The pharmacy techs don't understand very important rules regarding medications, and the pharmacist blames the customer for his own inept staff. They don't have the "time" to explain the rules they are abiding by, or explaining them so that a customer can understand, and find the help that they need if they are turned away for whatever reason. If pharmacists want to dictate what medications a patient should be on, maybe they should reconsider their line of work? Just a thought.

I use this pharmacy bc it's 24 hours but the service they provided me yesterday was horrible! I have a note on my profile that they are SUPPOSED to ID me and yesterday was the 2nd time they've not done that. I submitted my order the night before AND I called they said it would be ready but surprise surprise it wasn't. The girl in the drive thru tried telling me they didn't have my medication and then they tell me to either come in or go back around the drive thru so I went in and had a few choice words for the manager who then followed me outside to tell me she's the manger like she's special ?...you admit to being the manger yet can't read what it says on my profile??? I mean what did she want? A cookie???

EDIT: Updated visit from 8/13/22:I visited this store on the above date, and generally I would have a pleasant experience; instead this time I wasn't met with one. I placed a curbside pickup order like I usually do. The notification was sent to me that it was ready, and I went to the store and checked in accordingly. After ten minutes, I called inside of the store, since the app tells you to call if an associate hasn't arrived in five minutes. The store looked pretty busy, so I even gave them some extra time. A woman answered the phone. I explained to her that I had checked in, and was outside waiting for my order. She went on to tell me explicitly that "No I was not" checked in. I told her I was, and the app advised me to call since no one came outside. She abruptly told me that "Well the notification didn't go off, so you'll need to hold on a moment." I had three people from WORK conferenced in on the call - we all couldn't believe how disrespectful this lady was!!!!! After she hung up, she came outside. It was a woman with very, very long grayish/blonde hair. She apologized for the wait, but didn't apologize for her behavior. I get it - we're all stressed. You know, the pandemic has changed so many things for us. But for you to deliberately tell me I'm being dishonest, then become curt with me simply for reinforcing what I already told - that's disrespectful. I don't know who needs to give this lady a few days off, but that day was NOT her day. As you can see from my initial review, everyone I've encountered since moving here at this location has been incredibly pleasant. And I'm not expecting anyone to always smile and be perfect. Just common decency and respect, is all.The pharmacy team is so professional! I recently relocated to TN, and I called for assistance on some prescriptions which should have been at this location. Although they weren't, the young lady walked me through other options on calling my physician AND explained that it may be because I was previously a Balance Rewards member that I was unable to track them online. I had no idea that the Balance Rewards program was even eliminated!!! LOL Upon arrival to pick up my prescriptions, another very professional young lady who was biracial greeted me in the pickup line. She explained all of my new medicine for me in detail, and was kind enough to ask if I had any additional questions. Also I had a pickup order and a lady with REALLY COOL HAIR COLORS was the one to bring it out. lol I would love to know who her stylist is. Keep up the excellent work, y'all! :)

I am only giving 5stars to the new pharmacy lady by the name of Laurie P. Or a Lauren..I know she is new to this location not to the company ....SHE was so kind but most importantly she took care of my situation with my son's medicine ...I tried to resolve this 3 times with this pharmacy and other rude ppl that are techs...this blows my mind ...my son cannot have red dye in his medicine...so with not going into much detail....this lady took care of it with a smile ...knowledge..and customer service skills and within 5mins...that I have to give this lady acknowledgement!!!! She is the reason my son's medicine was taken care of properly so he wouldn't have an adverse reaction. Thank you sooo much and I hope she is recognized!!

On Wed.,11/3/2021, my husband and I went in to get our Covid Booster and annual flu vaccine. Norman in the pharmacy saw us with our vaccine cards, and directed us every step of the way.The pharmacy tech. that registered us in was very efficient and friendly. The shot administrator was gentle and very personable. The only negative(and it has never happened before and I have used the Clinic twice ) was the lady at the desk appeared annonyed and hurried when I asked where we should wait to be called;she yelled at me three times in a row(I am not deaf).lol.Maybe review customer service with her;she could use a refresher course.lol.

My family recently moved to Hendersonville. We had a prescription sent to this pharmacy @ 198 E Main Street in Hendersonville. I went to pick up a prescription (my wife used to do this pre Covid in Nashville) and the pharmacy told me the price was $700.00. I told them this couldn't be correct ( it was usually under $40.00) and I would sort this out at home with my wife and return. We had previously paid approximately $22.00 for the past few years for the same prescription in Nashville. My wife called the 198 E Main Street Walgreens to enquire about the substantial price increase. A male Pharmacist explained that the $700.00 price was indeed correct and that maybe we needed to shop around. My wife explained that we had not paid anything like that in Nashville. The pharmacist promptly replied that we were not customers there and he had no records showing prescriptions being filled @ Walgreens and we were welcome to shop around the price. She replied that this was our first prescription filled at this Walgreens and that we used to have the prescription filled at a CVS pharmacy in Nashville and not a Walgreens. After being insulted by the pharmacist my wife called back and spoke to another employee of the pharmacy and repeated the request for assistance regarding the price of the prescription. This employee looked at the prescription and said the $700.00 price was only $37.00 with the GoodRX coupon (available to everyone at most pharmacies and often used or requested by the pharmacy without being formally requested by the customer) and that was why the prescription seemed so inexplicably expensive. I drove back to the pharmacy and paid $37.00 with the GoodRX discount. Needless to say, we will never use Hendersonville Walgreens.

The employees have an attitude that you owe them, ask for a manager and you get the same attitude, only then do you understand the dynamics of where the attitude comes from. As they say, s!&$ rolls down. Bad management, bad employees. Every.single. month I get my prescription it's been wrong, not one time have they apologized for making me come back for something that should have been done when I got there. The text says it's done, I get there and it's half done. The attitude is what I have a problem with, not the incompetency of getting a simple prescription correctly filled. The attitude that goes with it makes it that much worse, especially when it's happened every.single.month.

Worst experience ever, never go to the pharmacy because I'm rarely sick, they ask me how they could help, I told them what was wrong and they laughed at me, I asked them where the ibuprofen was and they kept directing me to the children's ibuprofen, there must've been twelve people behind that counter and none of them would help me.

Overpriced beyond belief! They want 20$ for two Vick's sticks... I looked it up online and they are 2 for 5$ ..... they up-charge everything in the store 150% plus! Not to mention the lady messed up ringing me up and none of my items got the sale price with card and she didn't know how to fix it. Bull shoot .... just paid 65$ for a Bennie baby - Sudafed - and diaper rash cream! Get the fudge out of here! She told me to call the 1800 number lmao!
