This is probably the worst Walgreens on earth...lol, seriously horrible. The staff has the attitude of not caring. The pharmacy has lied to me on several occasions. Just close this place down. I wouldn't have even given the star if it didn't require it.

I should’ve changed pharmacies so long ago. I will be moving to the other Walgreens on Main Street. The only way for me to actually get a prescription filled is by physically driving there and making the request. Then month after month after month I’m told it will be ready by x time and then it’s not. Don’t make promises you have no intention of fulfilling! The pharmacy cannot be reached by phone. I’m so beyond fed up.

Horrible customer service. They look at you like you’re stupid if you ask them to help you find anything. The African American lady is very rude and gives very rude looks if you ask for help. Do not go here.

Call the pharmacy before you go to pick up prescriptions or fill them. They make whatever hours they want and close whenever they don't want to be there without warning unfortunately. Super waste of time and gas and super annoying.

Terrible photo department customer service! After having a 20x30 poster printed and hung up in my daughters room, it was cut crooked in the photo lab! And They would not fix it by having a new one printed. The lady manager was extremely rude!

The pharmacy is utterly useless. I have been told that my prescription was ready, only to arrive and tell me it’s actually not ready. The drive-thru line is INSANE. On one occasion, there were 3 cars in front of me. They took 10-15 minutes on EACH CAR. I was in line for a total of 30-35 minutes. Another time, I arrived through the drive-thru to pick up a prescription. It was 20 minutes after their lunch break ended and they were still not back yet. This pharmacy is a perfect example of what NOT to do. Awful customer service. I will be changing my pharmacy going forward.

Literal worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve used in TN. Will speak to pharmacy one day, make sure my prescription is ready to go and the next day they have no record and my prescription has not been called in. Unbelievable. Always short staffed and refuse to read notes on prescriptions. Would not recommend.

Arrived on time for my vaccine appointment, waited for about 10 minutes as the tech checked in another family.. after about 15 min she said, “we’re really stressed, I’ll get to you when I can. There’s only 2 of us and there are 2 people in front of you”… didn’t ask, but ok.She takes my name, nothing else. Also very confused about the two people in front of me being prioritized as I was the appointment at that time.After almost 30 minutes the pharmacist finally acknowledges me & says “I’m so sorry”, and I ask to cancel. I get that you’re short staffed l, but either don’t accept appointments, or make those picking up prescriptions wait. In that half an hour they still hadn’t seen the two other people “in front” of me. The pharmacy could use some managerial support on time management.

Explain me why I shoved the pharmacy at 1:25 p.m. and you're closed. You specifically say your lunch is from 1: 30p to 2: 00p not 1: 25p.
