Excellent pharmacy! They do a great job with all the people they serve! I really appreciate them!! They respond to my requests to order medicines from manufacturers I trust! Thank you Walgreens!

Issues I've had:
1) Short staffed. Due to a lack of pharmacy options in the immediate area, this place is always busy and they never seem to have enough people. Particularly in the pharmacy. You can even tell by their demeanour they are stressed.
2) Do not trust their automated text message system for filling Rx. More than once it informed me it would take an extra day to fill Rx. After 3rd day of getting message, I called and they filled it within 15min. They had no explanation for why the system said otherwise.
3) Do NOT bother with the drive through pharmacy unless you have time to kill. You will sit in line for a minimum of 15min. I was dumb and did it again thinking maybe it was just the time of day when I went last time. Nope, it doesn't matter the time. I've been sitting here with my car off, trapped in line for 26min. And they will toggle between the 2 lines regardless if people in the one line has been there twice as long.

Sometimes inventory is off from in-store availability but other than that Walgreens is all right. Prices could be a cheaper but yeah.

The last Three times in the past two months I’ve went in to get a photo printed and the photo and documents machine was down. So they told me I had to go to a different location near the highway which was so much better and quicker. The customer service at the other store was better too. However It’s been three weeks now and this location keeps sending me emails and phone calls to pick up a photo after I have already told them multiple times that I am no longer wanting my photos as the machine was down and they said it was gonna take at least a few hours to a day. So I’ve already gotten my photos from another store but they keep bugging me……… not happy at all. Stop calling me and emailing me.

Been sitting here since 12:50 never was asked if I needed help it is now 2:04 and I was here before all these other folks and now I’m still it to be helped and they talking other ppl in the clinic meanwhile I’ve been here way to long I’m in excruciating pain and wasn’t even asked what I need help for or anything which is very unfair

A scrawny, brown haired, white male employee, was following me, my husband, and two children around in the store. He was knocking on the bathroom door, pestering my husband.
He was most definitely racially profiling us, and he 100% knows what he was doing was wrong and harassment, because he stopped when I gave him dirty looks. Racist coward.
They need to take racial sensitivity training at this location, because it appears, by the other reviews, that this issue is not taken seriously as it should be. DO BETTER.

My wife and I have tried to pick up her prescription three different days now and each time they tell us to come back and it will be ready and it never is. We are now going all the way to White House as she is behind on her medication at this point. Figure it out, this is not our problem especially since we have been very patient and not fussed.

Walgreens is the WORST. Tried this store after a horrid experience at another store. Put on hold for 15 minutes and still no prescrption! Lets not forget that I put in my prescription at noon and at 5 o'clock it still wasn't ready and I had to wait until 530 for someone to even notice I was standing at the pharmacy counter. Walgreens does not want your business

Curious to ask if anyone else has experienced absolutely rude and disrespectful customer service by young lady at Hendersonville Walgreens pharmacy window on East main and Indian lake. Outside speaker does not work and I could not hear young lady multiple times. She acted annoyed with a straight face and was rude. When I got my medication finally I stated to her that it is not my fault I can’t hear her and she gave me the most rude straight face with absolute indifference. I went inside to make a complaint to the pharmacist who is late 30s with brown hair and glasses. He interrupted me and could have cared less as to my complaint. The young lady then took the next step to argue with me. The pharmacist absolutely didn’t care and just said they were trying to get people home with their medication. Absolutely indifferent to customer service. Being busy and overwhelmed is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful with such obstinacy towards customers.
