I don’t ever take narcotics even after giving birth i wouldn’t even finish my prescription… that was over 10 years ago. I recently had surgery, and was prescribed some and with the pain I was feeling I was like yup, going to need those. The pharmacist at this location have talked to me and treated me like a dope fein, I’m in excruciating pain and I don’t know the new procedures put in place due to the opeoid pandemic and over the phone one sounded annoyed with me bc I had questions on when it would be ready. I was told the 26th. I go in on the 26th at 10 am trying to pick up my prescription, Alina tells me it’ll be ready around 12 and starts walking away before I finished my question I’m like hey! I have to leave the area at 11:30 for my sons bday party at 12:30 in Murfreesboro do u think I can get it it then she says no 12 rolls her eyes and walks away… i understand that ppl may aggravate them but at the same time when a patient is feeling the immense amount of pain they are feeling they need compassion. But 2 days in a row of me treated this way is just plain rude. I hope Walgreens educate their workers on better customer service bc again I know nothing of how this works and just wanted more information which clearly they didn’t feel the need to give to me…

A third-world experience. Over utilized. Drive through obstructs parking. If you go inside, the line snakes through the clinic waiting area. Store is filthy. Staff do their best, but not a good environment!

Had a screaming toddler in the backseat sick and in pain and the tech refused to sell us Motrin the drive through. Seems like they could have grabbed it instead of being rude.

Girl at photo counter was extremely unhelpful and rude. Raised her voice at me when I asked for manager. Someone else eventually assisted me. Don’t bother with this incompetent location…

Phenomenal treatment from the staff at the pharmacy! Went in for a flu shot; it was a hassle free experience and the pharmacist administering the medicine was exceptional. Would definitely recommend for service and professionalism!

Excellent drug store to establish long term business. They value their customers and know them. We get our vaccinations there. They work with you, your doctors, and insurance companies. When you are older, you need this kind of help.

We were there, almost 3 hours from home when my wife had an emergency procedure. The Dr gave her a prescription for 10 pain pills, they refused to fill them because we lived more than 50 miles away.First, thats terrible to allow someone to hurt, and then the Pharmacist be rude and lie and,say its a TN State Law, its not. Its a Walgreens Policy and its the Pharmacist discretion. She could look at the database and see my wife had no controls filled, and no reason to deny it. Sad that Walgreens has zero sympathy for a person, and lies.

This is the WORST location for filling prescriptions. Never have what we get in stock and always have to wait for it to be ordered. Wait times in line are always EXTREMELY long. After getting prescriptions here for years we finally had enough and transferred to the Walgreens on Main St. where they have been excellent. Go there instead.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend going if you have small children. Staff is rude, the lady at the front desk told me to keep my children quiet when they werent even talking or screaming. My kids were playing with the toys that the dentist had in there. I told the lady that they weren't doing anything wrong just playing. I also said they shouldn't have toys for kids if you dont wont them playing and making noise.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the store itself is fine, however the pharmacy is freaking ridiculous! There’s one younger girl there who does not understand the concept of a day early and exactly 30days! She kept saying “you can’t get your prescription until a day early!” So I said “oh okay so Tuesday (which would’ve been 29 days)?” And she kept saying “no not till Wednesday!” Which was not a day early it was exactly 30 days ??♀️ she got a smart mouth with me and when I spoke to the pharmacist she understood what I was saying. Anywho, I went today to fill another script and the lady (not sure if she was a pharmacist? Or?) straight lied to my face telling me about this supposed new law about two different meds can’t be prescribed together! So I went to CVS and asked if this was in fact true, to which they kinda chuckled and said no! Needless to say I’ll be switching pharmacies. What a joke!
