Happy to still be able to get a conventional oil change on an old car at a reasonable price.

My husband and I needed an oil change and had a horrible experience at the Dickerson pike Walmart( they out the wrong oil in our car ?) so we thought we would try this one. It was slightly better, and the manager we met yesterday was lovely. However, it took them an hour and half for an oil change!! With an appointment. It was crazy, and they left oil boot marks on my mat. I honestly don’t think it is worth the cheaper oil change. I have never had an issue at a valvoline line or jiffy lube. The wait time is just long y’all. The staff also seemed like they were confused. It took the front desk guy 20 minutes to figure out how to add an email to my account.

The wait time for an oil change is too long, around 3 hours for them to even see you. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter to greet me. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to me.

Got my tire replaced and am very satisfied with the service I received. Staff was willing and able to provide me with the exact tire I needed. Great job ?

If I could give this zero stars, I would.First, why would you give me back my flat tire instead of disposing it at the shop? That makes no sense.Second, I can understand why my father would choose a tire shop to change his tires instead of Walmart. The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you like dealing with a grumpy old lady that looks like a chihuahua to save some money, then go for it. Personally, I am going to spend the extra money to get my other rear tires installed PLUS free alignment at a tire shop. Finally, if you are tight on budget and are at the mercy of the Auto Care Center, please prepare to wait for 3-4 hours for tires installation. (Disclaimer: After finding out that I ordered the wrong sized tires, they managed to help out with finding the right size.) Nevertheless, don't have a time-sensitive day. P.S: Don't expect to receive walk-in services. The grumpy old lady will just tell you that it'll be "5-6 hours" wait time (Whatever that means. Maybe it's due to understaff. Who knows). Just schedule the appointment in-person. Don't try to call either. Nobody will pick up.The standards are below the floor. You can try for yourself.

DO NOT USE THIS TIRE CENTER or SUPERCENTER! After ordering tires and setting up an installation appt, getting email confirmation, going to the appointment, no tires. They said they would text to let us know when they would come in. NO TEXT. Called to check, they never answer, called to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 10 minutes 2 separate times a manager never picked up! This store is horrible! Never go back.

Do not go to this location to have new tires installed! They broke one of my tire pressure sensors when they installed them and then pretended like nothing was wrong. I eventually had a reputable tire shop investigate and they found that Walmart had reinstalled the broken sensor after they broke it without telling me. It cost me nearly $400 to fix the problem (had to have all the sensors replaced).

Needed a brake light replaced. Very quick service. Even checked my tire pressure. Local tire shop charged me $30 last time I was in the area. Walmart charged me $9 and even left me one extra bulb for next time.
