Hispanic guy "Mike" working the front end racial profiles White people with hardly any items in their cart and asks for a receipt when multiple different Hispanics with cart literally stuffed to the brim FULL of items walked through without being questioned. Something to look into, I'll be posting on Hip Hendersonville, and contacting multiple media sources about this. I just came home with someone else's expensive B & L eye contacts solution, and hair product. No one answers the phone at this store. I let it ring for four (4) minutes, and two minutes the second time. Interestingly, there is no "customer service" option. I tried "operator" & "human resources". Apparently, they have neither. I will return the items on my next trip. I hope the person gets their items replaced without question.

Well stocked compared to last week. TWO Cashiers!!! Are you kidding me!!?? Seems to be the norm. I AM NOT AN ASSOCIATE... SO I shouldn't have to scan my products and shop too.

Best Walmart and worth the drive outside of Nashville. Nothing or little is locked up in glass. So no more waiting around for an associate to open the case and force you into multiple transactions.

I've been waiting for 1 hour for a tech guy to help me with my phone. I was told 45 minutes ago that he was on break and he'd be right here.I saw him walk From the back area Right down the next isle, to the front.30 minutes later, 3 people have come. They have paged someone. But here I still Stand, WAITING. This is not right. At all

Bought 2 electric scooters for my kids last night. A Razor e100 which upon opening was muddy and had clearly been riden before returning and did not work also an e90 which was nice when opened but does not take a charge. That's 300 for two items that were obviously used and returned but not checked and resold not working. This is insanity and very unprofessional. I will no longer shop at this location.

Can’t go wrong with Wally World! Wish they were open 24 hours, like before the pandemic. That would be my only complaint.

The Auto Center should be avoided altogether. Do not go to this location to have new tires installed! They broke one of my tire pressure sensors when they installed them and then pretended like nothing was wrong. I eventually had a reputable tire shop investigate and they found that Walmart had reinstalled the broken sensor after they broke it without telling me. It cost me nearly $400 to fix the problem (had to have all the sensors replaced).

Horrible. We spent all day trying to get someone to answer the phone. Then 30 min later we were passed around so much we hung up. If you get the order dept they can not understand what you are saying or we them. We love to shop at Walmart and go about every other day. But don't try and order anything. Going to Sam's.

I love this store. I came out just to be at a different Walmart then my usual one, and there was so much more but very busy but it's Christmas and it wld be weird not 2 be! ?Great prices!

Ordered a delivery between 5-6 pm. It arrived at 7:35 but to the wrong house. It is raining and I had to drive to the house and pick it up. Luckily I recognized the house. I might as well have gone to the store. I will never tip the drivers again. I want my tip back. I called spark at 1-800-924-9206. Said he would send my tip back in an email and report the driver. We will see.

I was purchasing alcohol along with my groceries and had an underaged cashier. He called his team leader over to run the sale of alcohol. She had to ring it out one-handed... BECAUSE SHE WAS ACTUALLY EATING A PIECE OF TOAST WITH THE OTHER!! Yes, that is correct. She was walking around, supervising the cashier's while eating a piece of toast. I've seen many things at Walmart but I believe this takes the cake. She was kind but never said thank you or have a nice day, just handed me my receipt while taking another bite and kind of grunted. We live in a time where the customer no longer has an expectation of professionalism. I'd like to know who "promoted" this woman into a supervisory role AND why her supervisor allows this to happen.

I LOVE EMMA! Great customer care. While she was taking care of her tasks she IMMEDIATELY dropped what she was doing to help me! I felt SO important! I needed help finding where the sausage pancake sticks and Emma went right to the source. Emma helped me so much and I am so grateful. Great costumer care!❤️

I was at self check out and when I got home I realized that I had forgotten a bag of groceries so I immediately called the store to see if it was still there. I live 35 minutes from this Walmart. When I called the phone rang and rang and no one picked up and it finally disconnected me. So, I call again and select pharmacy. Someone in pharmacy did answer and transferred me to customer service. I waited on the phone for over 15 minutes and still no one answered. I am now out a whole bag of groceries. I will not make the drive if I cannot get an answer saying that the groceries are still there. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this store.

It's Hendersonville so of course it's gonna be nice. Very clean and organized. A twist on the self checkout. You actually have a full lane with conveyer belt to put your items on and then scan them. Never seen that before. Nice touch, Walmart!
