I'm not going to give them the lowest score cause they get things done. I do not understand why they think they can make different rules for people. We give millions to them every month. What I won't accept is them telling me what to do. I am the customer and I take time out of my day to go to their bank in the Hendersonville location. Just because I have cash doesn't mean I have to walk in. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Haven't dealt with this bad of customer service ever from a bank. You should be doing everything you can to make the customer comfortable and satisfied.

This is the absolute worst bank I have ever stepped foot in. The staff at this locations is the reason I will never do any type of banking with Wells Fargo. Everyone here should be fired or retrained, this place is the definition of incompetence

Don't bank here! These people never want to help me with anything, they're always low staffed and the staff they usually have are completely useless. I have banked with some decent banks in my time and wells fargo just isn't it. Don't waste your time here, if I could give it no stars at all just to even write this review I would if I could.

Terrible customer service rude workers especially the red headed teller. Long lines and workers seem to be inexperienced. Save yourself the headache and go to a Wells Fargo in Nashville this branch is terrible.

2nd visit to open a business account, Synovus Bank is closing it's branch. The male in red attire says that, they don't have a banker for me to try Gallatin branch or go online to make an appointment? That is it... Did not look like he is interested to have new customer...

Some staff does not seem knowledgeable about bank procedures. One teller questions all transactions why are you withdrawing the funds? Amounts are nowhere near 10k for you to ask thouse questions. Hum do you evenn know about ctr/ bank Secrecy act?

For being a new location they don't really seem to be excited for people coming in. I came in for a money exchange and to get more coin wraps and was questioned at every step of the way. The way they treat non account holders is drastically (and almost disgustingly) different. Does not make someone want to become an account holder if they treat people less than just because they don't have an account. I got what I needed out of my visit, but it was not a pleasant experience, I'll be going back to the other location in the Hermitage area.

Very slow service. Waits on walk in before drive- thru window. Took me 20 minutes to get cash and there was no one in the drive thru.
