Restroom is always closed and now has a sign on the front door “ Restroom is closed I truly apologize “ This is a service station that serves food IT IS ILLEGAL to have your restroom closed all the time !! I will be reporting this to the food service inspectors at the health department !!!

I have ordered at this place through Uber Eats and I would advise you to not ever to do so with hot food or something they have to prepare... They completely stiffed me on 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich for close to $14 and did not send them with my order... It's not the $14 as much as it is the blatant Theft... Uber Eats would not refund due to the order being marked completed by the vendor... they would not answer the phone and make this right... Please don't be another victim to the theft at this store ... this was the 2nd time this happened to me there...

Yes they said I could come back when the manager is around... this is still stealing my time with incompetence by design.
How about a sign... too hard?

The manger at this location is very rude! I’m pretty certain she’s abusive to her employees! She’s certainly abusive to a customer that’s broke down. Treating me like I’m some nobody homeless person, I’m not saying homeless people are nobody’s, I’m simply saying she acts better than thou. The store has no problem taking my money yet runs me off for sitting out back. I’ve never seen such a snotty gas station. Better remain humble Ms. manager, cause you told me you were financially barely making it, karma!

I wish I had a choice to not give any stars, as this place does not even deserve one. This store is right around the corner from my employer so it is convenient, but I could grit my teeth to go in this place. I have never seen such rudeness and laziness in all my life, the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I have been in this store on 3 different occasions and every time has been horrible.I went in on 1/31/24 expecting to pick up a quick cold salad out of the cold case, there was not any so I had asked the girl standing behind the chicken window if they could cut up a quick salad-she replied ("I dont cut up salads, I dont know") The girl at the register spoke up and said, no they could not, because it was considered a chicken salad and the tenders would take 2-hours (who ever heard such thing). But I went on to tell her I did not want the chicken, but she insisted she would still have to charge me for the chicken but yet could not make me a salad.----Plum lazinessAnother day, 2/1/24--I just hesitated to go back but really not much of choice on this day, but thinking the cold case would possibly be filled up and I could get my quick salad. NOPE-Still just as empty (LAZINESS). So I noticed the taco place was finally open. There was one other guy in front of me being waited on. When the guy behind the counter completed his order, he just began dragging his feet very slowly towards the kitchen double doors and ignored me, when I knew he seen me. So I yelled over to the ladies at the register (No one at register) to ask if I could get some one over there. They looked right at me and ignored me. By that time, the guy behind the counter began dragging his feet really slowly, looks at me with one eye about half closed and looked like it was going to kill him to wait on me, and says "hey".....Every single one of these employees need to be fired. I have made my decision to never give another chance and to never step in this store again. I hope the owner or the corporate office sees this review, as I have even heard customers in there yell across the store " I have never seen such worse customer service and laziness in all my life.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is nice and someone is always at the register. They process lines quickly and remember everything I come in to purchase daily. Heather is one of my favorite employees and she is an energetic person, always working and helping. I highly recommend you go to the 4601 Lebanon Road location if you want quality service and a feeling of you’re always welcome.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Wow this place. I stupidly shopped there ignoring the flies and dirty place and awful attitude. I was almost hit by the worker for them not having tissues for the donuts and still getting one. Very dirty, very rude. Shop at mapco. The personnel are always kind.
