“I just had Chris at The Detail Experience ceramic coat my new Malibu boat. Chis did an outstanding job. He put two coats of ceramic on the exterior and one coat on the interior. It looks fantastic. The boat was brand new but he still polished the exterior and then took three days to make sure everything was perfect. The dealer said another detail company spent less than one day coating a different boat, but Chris work diligently for three or four days on my boat. It will be interesting to see how the product holds up and keeps it clean. Chris was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I would recommend his work.”

What won me over was his ability to perfectly match 20 year old Mercedes white paint, making the car appear as though it was never repaired. I had them do some custom work on a trucks interior and I must say what I’ve been hearing for years was without a doubt the gospel. They actually did everything they agreed on doing plus some. I am a monthly subscriber at you Mt Juliet location. I stopped to detail my van on Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately my car battery drained and I was stranded, I am a quadriplegic and confined to a wheel chair. It was 90+ degrees out so I was at risk of heat exhaustion and your staff of Blake and Dylan were incredible and let me sit in the a/c until I could get help, they offered me water and whatever else I would need. These two gentlemen and entire staff are always helpful and pleasant
