We determined that some of the information I needed was missing but she told me she would be in the office until 5. I called the dealership and got someone in sales customer service to put in the correct information and email it to me. I called Ms Smith back and she proceeded to input the correct information. She also emailed the corrected information to my credit union as well as to me. She was very calm, professional and most of all patient. She walked me through all she was doing and why, and assured me that everything I needed from that office would be in the funder's office first thing in the morning.”
