“I've had State Farm Ins. since 1974. I moved to TN in 2000 and chose to stay with them as I've always been pleased with their service. I am truly grateful to have found Babara Stewart and her husband, Don, as they are people who love the Lord and don't mind talking about Him with me. There was an extra benefit for me due to the fact I usually deal with Sarah who works in their office. She is so kind and patient and a true blessing to work with. So many times I feel I'm being a burden to her but she is always kind and goes out of her way to help me and provide the best service they can offer. I have had auto insurance and due to my age I only have renters insurance. Everyone at Barbara's office couldn't be more pleasant to work with and I thank God for them all. Last year I dealt with Garrett and he was just as helpful, but I think Sarah is the cream of the crop. I pray God will Bless them all.”

She also emailed the corrected information to my credit union as well as to me. She was very calm, professional and most of all patient. She walked me through all she was doing and why, and assured me that everything I needed from that office would be in the funder's office first thing in the morning.”

Taylor Krech is my primary contact there and is super helpful -- I rarely have to wait more than 2 hours for a response via email. It's been really easy to make plan changes. I haven't had any auto claims, so I can't speak to that resolution process, but I have used the State Farm roadside assistance insurance for towing my car and that was easy. Would highly recommend”
