We walked in and ordered a quesadilla. We were told we could NOT order a quesadilla UNLESS we ordered ONLINE. THAT MEANT GETTING OUT OF LINE AND CREATING AN ACCOUNT‼️ so stupid!!! We ordered something else because they would not make it unless we ordered online. And then the girl told us we could order a kids quesadilla but not a regular one unless we ordered online!!! Omg!!!!We will go somewhere else from now on. Like a local places Nectar. We can get what’s on the menu without having to order online.Good bye, adios Chipotle. That experience sucked. Not worth it.

I'm not a review guy but this was truly a bad experience. I went with my daughter to get an early lunch at 1130am February 4th and the young lady with braces preparing our food had the worse expression and provided terrible service. The only reason I gave service a 2 was because the young lady who checked us out was friendly. She should apply to work at Chick-fil-A. She was trying to make up for the horrible service of the first encounter and that's commendable. The terrible service person didn't clarify what's a kids meal or burrito and ruined both our meals. Ok that's it. I'm hoping this will overall help Chipotle at 5544 okd hickory blvd.

I paid $55 for two bowls with the absolute toughest beef I have ever had, unable to eat it because it was so tough.The chips and guacamole was excellent.Won’t be back.

Once again, my salad was missing "THE SALAD!" How is it I keep getting served salads with almost NO lettuce? But they sure can put enough side/salsa on it...so much that my "salad" was basically soup.

I visited on 12/8/2023 around 9:30-9:45pm. On arrival, I nicely greeted the worker and she responded as if she was ready for me to leave. Moving on, she barely put any rice in my bowl, I had to nicely ask for some more and when I did, she rolled her eyes. I’ve worked at chipotle for years so when I got to the register asking for vinaigrette and the worker told me there wasn’t anymore. I knew the workers were just too lazy to make some more. There were only 2 other customers present, so it was not busy at all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, they have rude customer service. I believe the one on arrival I had spoken to had a ponytail, wore glasses and was African American and the one at the register was Hispanic.

Even though the local restaurant phone number is listed on Google maps, they do not answer the phone nor can you be transferred to someone. It asked me if I was calling to place a pickup order and I said no. So then I get stuck in a loop of the chatbot demanding to know more about what I'm calling about and when I tell her she says it again and again when I ask to speak to a live person she says, "I understand you want to speak to a live person but I need to know more about what you're calling about because our crew is not available to take orders over the phone. Tell me your first item." No matter what I responded with, the chat bot kept trying to take my order. Chipotle has great food, but someone should be available to answer a question before I drive all the way over there.

Didn’t ask for a side of FOOD POISONING with our to-go order. My fiancé and I had only Chipotle all day for lunch yesterday 11/19/23 and by late evening we were both doubled over in pain and up all night/morning. Good thing we have two toilets in our home. It’s 7am and I’m still dry heaving with an upset stomach. NOT ideal for two parents to be this sick while caring for a baby! We will never be back to this location after this horrid experience.
