Been customer at cricket for 5 years and I was looking to upgrade my phone. Luis helped me pick out a good model and even helped me get my loyalty discounts. He was very patient and understanding with all my questions.

Absolutely deplorable customer service. The two front desk girls lied straight to my face and were rude right from the get-go. The store manager likes to talk in circles on how he can screw you over. I have had several years dealing with cricket and this location and it caused me to move to mint mobile. My reception is twice as good and I pay a third of the price than I was paying before. It is because of customer service like this that I will never go back to cricket again.

Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.

Terrible customer service at both Hermitage Tn. stores, not knowledgeable and when I challenged her she hung up. Long time customer. Not anymore. If you dial 611 you will get a non English recordingover and over.
