They always put you on hold when you call and can’t do more than 1 thing at a time. They don’t look at labs close. I had a major change in my kidney labs and no one said anything although I came in for frequent bathroom breaks.

I’ve debated on posting this review for a little while now, but I think it’s the right thing to do. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience. About three weeks ago I was very sick for several days (assuming it was a virus) so I needed an appointment to hopefully get some relief. I saw Grant and he told me that basically I was fine and that it was just a virus. I wasn’t prescribed anything or told any at home care. However, the very next day I ended up in the hospital for multiple days with double pneumonia. I’m overall just very disappointed that I was brushed off because I’m “young and healthy”. Needless to say I will be finding a new pcp.

I had a great experience today with the PA at this location Grant Anderson. He was very thorough and had a genuine concern about each and every one of my issues. I feel like I’m in good hands at Hermitage Family Practice.

You need to train your staff to be friendly towards people that would be awesome maybe laugh a little… how about not have such a hostile voice when someone’s trying to schedule an appointment and maybe not make them feel like there an annoyance… this is the 2nd year I’ve dealt with this and this is the 2nd occurrence I’ve had someone be downright be hostile… y’all are not welcoming at all… the doctor I dealt with was really nice but the people on the floor yeah… fix it…

Dr.Jill really shows compassion. Especially for someone with mental illness. I really do appreciate you helping me, and the front desk girls are always so nice! Highly recommend!!

I have been waiting 3 days for someone at this office to call in a prescription. I am very disappointed in this nurse practitioner and her staff. Since Jill has taken over,this practice has gone down hill.will not be going back or recommending her to anyone.I gave 2 stars because front desk girls were nice.

Shouting out Allison and Leigh Ann today for making sure a Quest staff person was there after I’d already rescheduled once for bloodwork. Also appreciative of Jill and Holly and the care I always reciceve from them.

After working with the Jill, I can tell her heart is in patient care, and she is a dedicated, highly educated provider here to provide the best care possible. I recommend seeking her help for general care, hormone pellets and aesthetics! Thank you, Jill, for being an outstanding physician, you are hard to come by!

Everyone at this practice has been amazing. Very friendly, Great nurses and doctors, And making appointments has been very easy so far. I was newly diagnosed with diabetes, and everyone has been really empathetic and helpful. Shout out to Andi Lundquist, my NP. She’s the tops!Just today, I needed a prescription sent in to my pharmacy pretty quickly and they were on it, way quicker than I thought it would happen. If you’re able to have them be your provider, you’d be making a pretty good choice!
