Taking my child to this daycare was the worst decision I could have ever made. It’s unorganized and the communication I received was not up to par. My daughter told me that her teacher hit her 2 weeks in a row. The second time she told me, I immediately called the director and her response to me was, “Ms. Chelsea hasn’t been here since 3:00.” It doesn’t matter if she hadn’t been there since 3:00. Prior to 3:00, my child was with her all day. I expected an investigation into the situation or at least set up a time for me to speak with Ms. Chelsea. Instead, she was on the defense the whole time. The week prior my daughter told me that the same teacher popped her hand. My child isn’t lying. This is the most unprofessional daycare I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure how they have such “great” reviews. I should’ve listened when a mother told me not to enroll my child at this facility because her experience was horrific as well. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My son goes here and he absolutely loves every second of every day! He's always learning something new, doing tons of arts and crafts, and let's not forget the DANCE PARTY they have every morning! Shout out to Ms. Skye & Ms. Naabrea they are excellent teachers. I can't thank you all enough for taking care of my baby. ❤

This a review 2 yrs later, but nevertheless less, I want to share my gratitude to this specific location. My daughter, Emily, was enrolled at 6 weeks and grew up with most of the children there and the teachers. This daycare was such a blessing in my life and my child's. I had no choice but but transfer my child to another location closer closer work and neither of them ever compared to the customer service and care of this location. Kristy Dorsey was by far the best director I have ever worked with in my child's 5 yrs in the daycare program. She was caring, professional and kind. And ran the center with grace. Her staff was amazing. Jenny specifically, was the biggest blessing to Emily's life. The care that you both offered Emily, the love and patience, I honestly could never thank you enough.Jenny, if you read this. We love you, Emily misses you greatly and you did a great job. Thank you kindercare for making such an impact in our lives. ♡

Parents, STOP what you’re doing... and ENROLL! I have never been happier with a daycare center, and trust me, we’ve tried out quite a few of them. Megan and Becca in the office are always so bright, cheerful, happy to assist, and communicate so so well. Mrs, Jenny, Mrs. Steph, Mrs Hope, and Ms. Chandler are BEYOND AMAZING. You can tell that they really care about the children and their education. Unlike most daycares, this center is very structured and has lesson plans or topics they focus on weekly/monthly to ensure the kiddos are having fun while learning and prepping for grade school. We get spirit calendars monthly for fun dress up days, show & tells, etc. As a parent who has had awful experiences elsewhere, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is 100% safe and well looked after while at school. We have an app where we can check in on our kiddos and see pictures and videos of them throughout their day which is super cool! KinderCare is an amazing company... but their on site staff are the real hero’s. I could go on and on praising this team and center, they truly are all amazing!

My son has been going to KinderCare Hermitage since he was about 16 weeks old. Like any new mom, I was nervous, but I had no choice since I work full-time. From day one, the whole staff has done nothing but treat us all like family. He squeals every morning when we pull into the parking lot with excitement, and I know it's because he has the best time there. I'm so thankful for everything and everyone who works there! If you're searching for a daycare, you've found your place!

I was very nervous about sending my toddler back to daycare during the pandemic, but center leadership has been so great at communication, walking me through what measures they were taking to keep the center clean and kiddos safe, how new drop off and pick up process would look like, and just being super supportive during this change, made me feel a lot more confident. It's been almost 3 months since he went back and I am super impressed with how they are handling the situation. Also, very grateful for his teachers that are back at work during this crazy time. They are our heros and we are lucky to have them. ❤Besides their excellent response to Covid, this is a wonderful place with really great leadership and teachers. Everyone is great at communication (providing updates through the app/immediately calling if there are any concerns & quickly responding to any calls/emails/messages), super nice staff who seem to really care about the kids and I love seeing how much he is learning every day (always super excited when he comes home and he is doing something he could not do a day before ?).Extra bonus: Seeing cute pictures and videos they send throughout the day ?

My wife and I went on the waiting list at Kindercare in Hermitage, TN about 6 months before our son was born. We were told he would be able to start in May 2019, which worked out great since my wife was to return to work from her leave in June 2019. As the start date approached we called to ensure everything was on schedule a few weeks out and we were informed that we would be delayed until June 2019. This still worked so we called a few weeks out for the June start date and were informed that they would have to postpone his start date to July 2019 as they were preparing their infant room still. My wife got a 4 week extension through her employer to meet this expectation and we were promised that this would not happen again. Eventually, we were told it would not be until the end of August 2019 that he would be able to start, which caused more issues as we had planned on him being able to attend the facility based on the continued and repeated promises that were made by Kindercare. It is January 2020 and I just called again and they are saying he is still first on the list (where he has been for over 6 months now) and still no remorse for this extremely frustrating situation.I would never recommend you trust the words of the individuals at this facility. They will say whatever to get you on the wait list and put you in compromising situations with no explanation and no empathy for the situations that they put new parents into. If you are looking for childcare that will continually lie to you and give you the run around, then they will be a perfect fit. If you are looking for honest childcare company that cares about being ethical and caring to families, then look elsewhere.I wouldn't trust them with my child after this whole ordeal.

Post Covid-19 has been great!! They have taken every safety precaution as possible. Keeping parents and staff updated with changes, etc as needed. My daughter was excited to go back This is a great childcare center.

So excited for my son to start school. I love the extra sanitary measures the school is taking to ensure safety. I do like that the children are not required to wear masks as that is asking a lot of a little guy. But the teachers and all staff are wearing masks. The new protocols do not take up a lot of time at drop off. So everything has been positive! So excited for this new chapter in our lives.

I had mixed emotions about sending my 18 month old back to daycare once KinderCare opened back up but I found the precautions taken far exceeded what I needed to feel comfortable. Health and hygiene practices are established and adhered to. What impressed me the most though was the level of communication. I spoke directly to the center director at length about the changes, about what to expect, about our options, about anything I needed to. The way the entire situation was handled starting in March was an example of good leadership, engaged and informed staff and professionalism. I recommended this place for a multitude of reasons even before Covid-19 and I recommend them even more highly now.Aside from being an anxious mom with a child in daycare during a pandemic, my little one also requires a different level of engagement because she has some physical delays and is learning how to walk later than her peers. The staff at KinderCare have been a huge part of her success and development. They work with her everyday and they encourage her and they spend the time she needs and have never once shown any signs of frustration. They are wonderful people.

We have been comfortable with KinderCare's reopening during Covid. The teachers are going to extra mile to make sure classrooms are kept clean, they are all wearing masks, and limiting visors to help stop the spread. You couldn't ask for a better group of caring teachers! We are very thankful for their commitment to safety and their daily commitment to teaching our child!

We have had our daughter at kindercare since she was 10 weeks old. She is now in the toddler room and we have nothing but great things to say about it. I love knowing my child is safe and in good hands while I can't be with her. The menu for meals and snacks has great variety and has helped my daughter not be a picky eater. She does so many activities through the day and the staff are wonderful. She's never come home with a diaper rash in the almost 2 years we've been there. We get reports of her day (including when she was changed, when she ate and how much, pictures and videos of activities) and it makes me feel like I know how her day is going even though I can't be there. We have been promptly notified of any incidences, rashes, bug bites from outside, etc. The teachers really care about the kids and we are very happy with our daughter's experience there and how much she's learned. I would definitely recommend this center to others!

Caring teachers, efficient drop-off/pick-up, nutritious meals, engaging staff, great app with updates throughout the day. Overall positive experience. Ashton was definitely ready for kindergarten after he finished the program. No problem transitioning and he’s ahead of the ballgame. Evan is always happy at pick up.

I absolutely love this daycare. My daughter has learned so much and developed so quickly thanks to her teachers. They are always so friendly and personal. My 3 y/o daughter always comes home telling me about her friends and her teachers.

My kids have been going here since October 2017. They love it here and love the teachers. All the staff are very friendly and really care about your children. My kids have learned so much by going here. I like that there is a structured learning environment.
