I recently moved to the area, actually, I just moved to TN. I love supporting small businesses and family owned. I saw this salon was 4 mins from my house and wanted to give it a try. I was the only client in the shop and was seen right away. I have acrylic on my toes, so I explained the need to be filed and filled. I also explained that my right big toe on the right side was digging into my skin, and it hurt. Possibly needed to be clean and clipped away. She said, " I know, I do it after." I said," All right, I know you know what you're doing. " After letting the water out of the tub, she dried me feet off and got the light and polish. I was shocked. I said, "Wait! my toes need to be filled, and you didn't even clean out my nails. " She waved to another worker and started talking to her(possible owner or manager). That employee explained to me that they don't do acrylic here. I said, "What?! I told her I needed a fill, filed, and cleaned." She said she could fill it with dip powder if I wanted. I agreed for her just to fill it with dip powder, as the lady who originally did my 'foot washing' didn't even suggest dip powder. I have already been at the shop for about 1 hour at this time. I did not feel like locating another shop and going to sit for another hour. This pedicure did not come with lotion, leg or foot massage, hot towels, acrylic (lol), or a professional cuticle cleaning or cutting. I will say that the lady who came and filled my acrylic with dip powder did try and fix the situation. I pointed out the nail polish still on my toes from my prior pedicure, and the old skin still stuck deep under my cuticles. They are not upfront with their services or the healthier and cleaner options that they believe in. I should have read the reviews instead of just looking at how many stars, and so should ALL of you. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I am so grateful for the lady who came to my rescue and fixed and finished my nails service. She made it right to where it wasn't a complete waste of time and to hold me off until my next pedicure. After completing my polish, she did apply some oil, but no leg or foot massage. I was extremely disappointed and very sorry to have to write this review.

I have been a patron of this nail salon in the past and even recommended it to my sister, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. The customer service here is appalling. When my sister had her nails done here recently, the outcome was extremely poor. The salon not only did a terrible job but also refused to address the issue when I called to request a remedy. Instead, they hung up on me.
Furthermore, when my sister attempted to return to the salon to have the nails removed, she found the salon apparently open, with staff inside attending to another customer. Despite seeing her at the door, they refused to acknowledge her and did not allow her inside to rectify the situation. It's shocking and unacceptable that a place I once trusted would treat customers this way. I strongly advise against visiting this salon until they improve their customer service and quality of service.

***UPDATE RE**: I was not eating lunch that was my sister who was waiting for me because yall told her you were not ready. Our colors were picked. I arrived at the schedule time, she arrived a few minutes ahead of me. At no point did you check in with us to ask if we had our colors or to communicate you were running behind. She ate because y’all were not ready for us. This does not negate the fact that we had appointments
I have gone in 3 times and only was able to have my scheduled service done 2 out of the 3 time. Those times were rushed when paying the highest amount for best pedicure offered. Left sitting in the chair with my feet in the water so long it turns cold. When they finally get to my pedi it’s rushed through after watching them take their time on others paying less. The last appointment I had I called and scheduled 2 pedicures and a full set. Appointment was scheduled for 11:45, we arrived on time. There were 4 other people there one of which they sat as we arrived. We waited over 40 minutes and still no services provided. Appointments should not be accepted if you do not have the staff to cover. As we started walking out one of the individuals working started to rush through the clients pedicure telling us she was done as we literally watched her pedicure start less than 10 minutes prior. I would not recommend until they sort their staffing issues out.

Honestly, not great at all. I booked dip polish and gel pedicures for 3 people and when we arrived there was only one person working. My nails look awful and it was not a full pedicure experience.
