When there was a holiday backlog of deliveries, Steve worked to have their bed delivered asap. The delivery team members were gracious and taught my parents’ the ins and outs of their new bed. “Shane was extremely knowledgeable and professional. More importantly he really listened to what we were looking for as far as size, look and price point so much so that he even communicated with us on his days off to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The staff in store and with Acceptance Now (in-house) facilitated the purchase and made it smooth and pain free. American Signature is the only place I’ll buy furniture from.
