“Mina was absolutely wonderful... He was very patient and helpful with the products and very knowledgeable on them as well.. this was my first time here to smoke mountain and I most definitely will be coming back.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s no surprise this place has over 100 five-star reviews! I went in after having surgery and spoke with Casey White, who was absolutely amazing. He took the time to share some of his own personal experiences and suggested I try L-Glutamine to help with my recovery. Not only did it make a huge difference in my healing process, but it also completely eliminated the leg and foot cramps I had been struggling with for over two years. I couldn’t be more thankful — highly recommend Nutrishop and Casey!”
“Every time I come in, they’ve always treated me well. They know what I like and I always find myself starting up a convo with them. Even when they don’t have something I like, they always give me good recommendations based off my usual flavors”
“Lou was SO knowledgeable in helping us pick out the right products, and the store is so cute and clean. Prices were reasonable, too. Clara Jane is now our favorite dispensary. Highly recommend - especially if you aren't quite sure which products to choose. Five stars.”
“Zach and Asher are spectacular. They are very knowledgeable and super welcoming considering we just moved to Hendersonville so we needed a new place to shop. 10/10 recommend this place.”
“Your website is hacked. I clicked "About us" from Google search and a message popped up asking for notifications then a "congratulations " page popped up over it. Someone should fix it sooner than later.”
“The guys here are very helpful very professional very nice. Help me with a lot of health issues that I was having where I didn’t have to take a lot of different types of medication’s from different doctors. Appreciate everything you have done.”
“Amazing products and even better service. Whether you have Angie or Marvin, you’ll be in great hands. Both have incredible energy and knowledge about anything you need. 100% recommend!”
“Love love love this team!! Not only is the customer service absolutely amazing, they are never trying to charge or suggest one over the other, but give you the information behind each product so that you are informed to make the best decision for yourself and I absolutely love it and love everyone who has assisted me there! Amazing Team!”
“I drive 30 mn to get here because it's the best in Nashville and the greater area. The product is top tier - it should be in your personal collection and on your store shelves. They take care of their customers and their community.”
“I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone looking for any kind of high quality supplementation, body/skincare products and healthy food items. It has everything and the staff truly cares about their customers. They go above and beyond and will take the time to help you find the right products you need. They have a cute little cafe as well. If you haven’t been, you must go!”
“Nutrition Faktory has a great selection of supplements, but I really love that they always have a good variety of fresh and frozen meals at a very reasonable price. Perfect place to stop if you need to restock on supplements or are feeling to lazy to meal prep for the week.”
“Super awesome guy! I have been coming here for about 8 months and he’s got everything! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get there hands on stuff you can’t find anywhere else”
“Vitamins are absolutely life-changing. I love taking the IM injections vs taking daily pills...less of a hassle. The B-12 ladies are so sweet and knowledgeable. The injections don't even hurt at all. 1000% recommended!!!”
“Alayna is super professional and kind. Takes as much time as needed to answer questions without rushing you. Store is well stocked and maintained. Is rather do business with a brick and mortar store than online, especially when the quality of service is where it is at. Keep up the great work!”

“Tristan was very helpful in finding products throughout the store. He offered deals and memberships to discount my supplements. Kevin was helpful too, I enjoy shopping Donelson and this location!”
“My experience was a 10 out of 10 couldn't ask for any better fast and friendly service by the young man working at the Old Lebanon Pike location in Nashville on 6/7/26 between 12pm and 1pm .”
“Has the most knowledgeable manager and staff of any GNC i have ever been too. I like that their prices have dropped and this location sells many items for less than other GNC's because they are a local franchise. Helped me get in shape for my wedding and never looked as good as i did that day. Customer 4 life!”
“I won't lie, I was skeptical due to previous reviews, but very pleasantly surprised. I went in looking for some energy drinks, the guy working (didn't get his name) was so helpful and very nice! He showed me exactly what I was looking for and also educated me on my purchase. This is my go-to store from now on!”

“I live in St. Louis and also have a place in Nashville. I went in the Hermatage location about a month ago and Angel, the salesperson was very helpful. I had a few simple question's, so I called the location near me, in St. Louis, and the salesperson did not want to be bothered, and told me i should come in and ask my questions. Then I called the Hermatage location and ended speaking to Angel again! From now on, I’ll be going to this location!”
