I waited 20 minutes for chili cheese fries and I got some BS in a foam tray. Fast food restaurants are the worst place to stop and eat while traveling on highway. I didn't want to give a star but unfortunately you have to. Sadly!

I love me some Whataburger I just wish their prices were lower. I do like how the people who eat here knows what they want and can move quickly through the ordering place. They just need to get faster at their drive thru times.

Anyone who's from Texas should be real familiar with this place. Since moving away from Texas I have very much missed being able to go there and is very nice to know that Whataburger here in Nashville now. It's like getting a little piece of home away from home.Parking: There is a decent amount of parking around just in their parking lot but they are surrounded by sores with other parking available as wellKid-friendliness: Yes it's about as can friendly as a McDonald's or any other hamburger fast food placeWheelchair accessibility: Yes there are ramps to get up on the curb to go into the store

People inside were a little freaky says my companion, I personally did not have a problem with the crowd but I am not one to dismay the opinions of my company. Food was decent, the chicken sandwich I got came out a little late and was slightly overcooked/old? It wasn't right is all I know. Best chocolate shake I've had from a Whataburger don't know what caused that, they were out of many things though and I went right around lunchtime which was upsetting to see. Overall a solid Whataburger experience.Vegetarian options: Almost no vegetarian options

It's sad that this place just opened. There's hardly anybody at the register. You got a wait for somebody to come out. Which I get I guess but people just walk by you without saying hi you have to grab somebody's attention. I had four people behind in the kitchen look at me and not say anything. I sat there for 10 minutes. There's one other person in the whole restaurant eating and there's probably two cars in the drive-through so it was a slow time maybe in between shifts I don't know but doesn't mean you don't say hi work will be right with you. I had to grab somebody who came walking in with a delivery to help me.As I'm sitting there, waiting the "one car" in the drive-through, came back with her order and they were missing 3 burgers. Aaaaugh check your order on the drive through!!!

I’m not lying when I tell you I really thought these employees had Down syndrome. Seriously an issue with their service and the way they treat customers. I wouldn’t even say it’s attitude issue, cause it’s literally basic morals and respect. Everyone’s raised different for sure. The older gentleman that works on Saturday evening will be a liability in the future.

Love whataburger! Every one I have been to has been awesome. First time I have had breakfast there, got the pancake platter, pancakes and hash brown sticks awesome, sausage was good but too spicy for me.

This location was nasty in the inside. The staff acted like they did not care and did not want to be there. Again the inside was nasty. The dinning area looked it have not been touched since the morning crew and I went in at 12:27am. Also the fries tasted like they just dumped salt on them. They were so salty. There was trash on the tables. The garbage was over flowing. There was food on the floor. The drink dispenser needs a deep clean and needs to be sanitized. This is a fairly new location and I am disappointed. If I am paying 25.74 for two meals and 2 apple pies I need better service and cleanliness. That amount is 5-10 off from actually eating at a dine in restaurant. I also have been to this location like 2-3 times already and the night staff is terrible. The only thing that is saving them is that they are 24hrs. I will not be returning to this location.

Tried a burger for the first time yesterday. The manager Nader was super friendly taking my order and checked to see if h was happy with my food. The burger wasn’t amazing, but pretty good. Bigger than I expected so a good value.

Every time I have been in they seem to be over staffed yet food is wrong and takes forever, and staff seems busier cutting up with each other over actually working. Even when you put your own order in at the kiosk, you get to wait 15 mins and watch other ppl have to go up and ask the staff where their food is. This after seeing the car line not move for over five minutes. There is nothing fast about this place.

Service was excellent. They know what they're doing. The grilled chicken sandwich was quite chewy. Replaced it with a burger. Did not like either. I don't know what the hype is about. This is about my 4th time trying them and probably the last.

Every time we go we say we’re not going again. The service sucks as well as the food. We wait 30 minutes and when it come out the person acts like it’s killing them to bring it. And then it’s 4 out of 5 times it’s cold. When it opened it was good. The manager was trying hard but you can only do so much when you have nothing to work with. We love to eat these in Alabama and Florida. Tennessee better stop building them if there all like Hermitage. They won’t last long.

To say that this Whataburger had the pleasure of being the location where I tried Whataburger, is truly a great honor. The service, all the crewmembers, were very polite and offered great service. The person that stood out the most was Nader. Nader never failed to offer a smile, crack a jock, and offer service in a very humble and selfless manner. His attitude truly inspired me greatly. Thank you for the amazing service and first-time experience. I highly enjoyed it!

I don't know why this chain has expanded to all continental 50 states. The burgers are seriously good and then they can top them with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, pickle, tomato and onion. The malts, shakes in all flavors are bar none. Try everything!!
