Fraudulent transactions. They took my old phone but did not apply any credit. After being investigated by Xfinity higher fraud department, it was deemed the store was liable for the transaction and needed to give me my trade in promotional credit. Store reps were very kind and apologetic, but their new manager, Keven Brown, refused to give me the credit I was owed. It is even listed in my customer notes that they owe me the credit, but he began raising his voice at me. This has been escalated to higher leadership in Xfinity. I recommend this store investigate this manager as a police report was already filed and he did not care. He is a liability for the company and this specific store. Unbelievable way to treat a customer, let alone a US Veteran. Every other rep was cordial and even apologized ON THE MANAGER’S behalf. Keven Brown, I hope you learn what leadership truly is and do better for yourself and your teammates. Shameful.

Don’t do what they say. Don’t listen and don’t follow up with your selection. Went in to return equipment and wanted receipts. Call xfinity told take to store but when inside was going to have to wait maybe an hour for something simple. Told because not disconnected thru Xfinity online who told me had to go to store. They don’t have communication between the stores and online. Sad destroyed customer experience. Go to EarthLinks or TDS for better customer experience

Larry greeted us warmly at the door and we were promptly helped by Keven. Keven helped me understand our plan and supported me to update everything to be more up to date with better technology and even save some money. Love this location and their staff!

I come in last week to get tickets because you put Cord on my front porch l guess old tent did live that hazard l went to your before because fall lawsuit with your call my insurance company You still have not removed it call to let know dont it week today l took pictures every thing when talk young girl when did tickets .she never staples just lazy wk dont want go under my house Rental mine reported this BBB then let my Insurance or guess get my lawyer involved try not to .

Xfinity has been an absolute nightmare. We started trying to get our service installed on June 10. After numerous delays from provider, lies from provider we finally had service installed on July 27th. When the contractor arrived to install service, he informed us that he didn't have wifi extenders that were on the account because he wasn't allowed to carry them The contractor informed us that we could go to the local Xfinity store to pick up the wifi extenders. When we arrived at the store, the assistant manager basically did as little as possible to help resolve the situation and ultimately did nothing to help. Xfinity customer service is horrible and an absolute nightmare.
You probably wonder why after all of this we still went with Xfinity. Unfortunately, we live in a slightly rural area and Xfinity is the only provider with high speed internet. My wife requires the internet connection for her job.
Again think twice before using Xfinity if you have any other options!

I’ve had two great experiences at this store. The best time to visit is typically between 2–3 p.m., when it’s quieter and service is faster.
While Comcast as a company has its challenges, this location stands out because of the quality of the people who work here.
I’d especially like to recognize Leah Xayasoeng—she helped me through a difficult situation during my first visit and showed real persistence and professionalism. She didn’t give up, and I truly appreciated that.

Went to inquire about adding international cell Phone service to my plan.
I was assured it would be $10 a month.
Turns out it’s $10/day for each day used.
Their associates should be more transparent and knowledgeable!

Fiber internet is the way to go. Xfinity always have some kind of fees, internet is super slow even though you pay for the fastest one. Highly not recommended

The people at this store need some serious customer service training. I walked in and asked to cancel my internet service since my new address is not serviced by Xfinity. The agent proceeded to give me a hard time about my PHONE bill. Yes my phone bill, something that is none of their business and something I did not ask to speak about at all. Agent then proceeded to cancel my internet service for the DAY OF before even asking me which day I wanted or needed it cancelled for. I then advised I need the internet cancelled a few days from them. Other team members kept asking me why I wanted to cancel my internet as well. The thing is that I didn't want to, I HAD to. It's ridiculous and rude to assume peoples intentions and then on top of that to give them a hard time when they need to get something important done. Seriously, learn how to treat people and do a better job.
