Unfortunately in my 45+ yrs of driving. I can honestly say my experience with bodies shops has always been disappointing with sub-par workmanship. From the first phone conversation with Robert to the last phone conversation with Billy. This experience has been the most stress free experience I have ever had. They give you the peace of mind you have chosen a very thorough and professional group of people.
With one phone call the process began and on a Sunday their driver picked up the truck. Thank you Amanda.They also worked closely with my insurance company (OOIDA) to insure every detail was covered at the most reasonable cost.
Progress reports are give daily. Their body guys are top notch.
If you are a Owner Operator, Small Fleet or Large Corporation. This is where you want your equipment to go for collision repair or just to give the ole girl a touch up. I am probably one of the pickiest guys out there when it comes to my equipment. I will never allow anyone else to touch my truck.
The negative ratings here are totally unfounded in my opinion. In all honesty it sounds like it comes from some sort of entitled company driver. Remember "It is what it is"”

I think I made a new best friend in Tennessee, I don't believe my car could have literally broke down in a better automotive lot than Tony's. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I fix a RAV4 when I say literally we came back from the Gulf Shores and broke down in his lot. I called him the next morning he'd already looked up the part he looked up how long it was going to take to fix it, and.. by the time I put down my phone he was at my motel picking my keys up to work on the vehicle, and got me a better deal on a better part from Napa.

“Roy’s is now my go to auto mechanic. The work is does is great. He does not pressure you into something that you can’t afford. Brought the car in for a misfire. Turned out to be some sensors also had him do the timing belt on my Sonic since I didn’t know if it was ever done. As of right now the car run great with no other check engine light.”
