“I hit a deer in the right front quarter panel and headlight area and they did an excellent job of repairing it. Noticed that they vacuumed and wiped down the front dash, console and pretty sure they cleaned the windows, I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend.”
“Excellent service. My BMW 430's front bumper got rocked by a piece of tire tread on the freeway. I took it to Classic Collision to replace the fog light lamp bezel (its a piece of plastic), they quoted 1400 bucks that included a paint job, a new fog light and the bezel. Then I brought the car to Paul at North Shore Auto Collision, he quoted me a tenth of their price, reaffixed the fog light which needed to be clipped back in and pointed out that all the little scrapes were under the bumper which would not be visible, so I saved on paint. He was pleasant, polite and professional. The work was completed in a just a few hours and my car was good as new, they even removed some of the scuffs which was very nice of them. Such a positive experience. I will be recommending North Shore Auto Collision moving forward.”

“They repaired my Nissan Altima through state farm insurance and did a great job.The experience with scheduling an estimate and repair was easy. The only problem was that there seemed to be memory issues when I arrived on time for the appointment. They had to search the schedule books to see that I was actually scheduled (it happened twice during the experience).Also, they charge very high in labor. 3/4 of the total bill made up of nothing but labor.”

“I had hit a flying piece of rubber on a freeway when traveling back from Virginia. This left a dark black scuff and did some damage to the front of my Subaru CrossTrek. I brought the car here and arranged for repairs. The bumper was replaced along with the other parts. The car looks brand new and the paint job was done with a lot of care. The color matches perfectly and the car looks brand new now. The office staff treated me courteously as well. Hopefully I won't need more bodywork in the future, but I would certainly call Advanced Collision first if I do.”

“I was towed in by Doug Yates towing on 10/29/2023. This location is beyond exemplary for a service center. The staff is impeccable, accommodating, friendly and well informed. This location has wonderful amenities on-site. Driver lounge with charging station, microwave, fridge, complimentary water, free washer, dryer, 3 flat screens, 4 vending machines (2) in driver lounge, (2) by service bays. The staff was completely well versed in the necessary repairs and although my company opted for a different route, I had the best experience ever here. It was Halloween so there was a cookout I was invited to and everyone was nice to my disabled son. Food truck comes at 10a and lastly this a 10?location that is pinnacle of their community...”
