About Cosmo Prof
Cosmo Prof is a clean and well-organized location with helpful staff, including a notable employee named Donovan. Customers appreciate the friendly service and a fully stocked store. However, some are disappointed when the store closes early or is closed during lunch hours due to short staffing. Overall, it is regarded as the best location, with customers willing to go out of their way for the good experience.

No return or exchange policy for faulty product is extremely irritating. Every time I need a specific color they don’t have it. The other cosmoprof in Chattanooga seems to have their stuff together a little better.

I get stores can sometimes be short staffed but it was a huge disappointment to come up at 3:45pm to locked doors with an on lunch sign. Corporate needs to schedule more than one person not only for their safety but it’s a major inconvenience to customers to be closed that long that late in the day.
