The staff was nice, but if I had known the exam was going to be virtual, I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. Nowhere on the website does it mention that. Just a heads-up, there are no in-house optometrists at this location.

Great service, wide selection, and overall great experience. However, it's definitely not same day as advertised. So I would recommend correcting the marketing to clarify the conditions. It's 1 - 2 weeks.

Had my exam done elsewhere that didn’t do same day glasses. Took my prescription in and found some frames I wanted and they had my glasses ready in less than 2 hours! Very quick and affordable. Will definitely be back.
