“The lady working on Dec. 29th 2023 morning was very helpful and kind. I was in town helping a family with laundry (which I don't do often) and she showed me how. When one machine I was using had problems she went out of her way to check on me and offer reimbursement. She was a good communicator and treated me excellent as a customer. Later I saw the laundry group credited my credit card for my troubles. The customers were nice and had camradery and conversations like they knew eachother. I'd go back!”

“Victoria took great care of me. I dropped off a gown yesterday for my niece's wedding this weekend, and went today to pick it up. Victoria recognized me and went to pick up my order before I even got to the counter. She recognized me! I had never been to Kleen-A-Matic before. The gown looked impeccable. Better than ever. “My wife had a white coat that was turned in on Tuesday and suppose to be cleaned by Thursday. Went by Fri to pick it up and it was not ready. We were leaving town on Sunday and my wife needed her coat. Chris McWayne on her on time tracked down the issue at the main office. She personally on her own time went to get the coat and brought it back to E. Brainerd shop for pickup by my wife. This was way above the call of duty, and we really appreciated Chris' can do attitude to get the job done.”

“This laundromat is usually pretty clean. I’m glad that everything is finally in working order. However, the guy they have cleaning the place was cleaning lint traps while people had clothes in the drier, even if the traps had been cleaned beforehand. I do not like someone messing with the machines while they are in use.”

“Spacious and clean. Washers very efficient albeit a tad expensive. To get the best drying experience, split loads into different dryers. Toilet needs some tlc but otherwise pretty decent place.”

The gracious lady who received my dry cleaning and laundry was exceptionally kind, educational and thorough. She knew in a heartbeat the quality of care needed for my family tablecloth inherited from our Great Grandsir and Grand Ma'am. She is a professional who gave me the reassurance of their care for such a rare and vintage linen originally from Scotland. Everything brought in will be ready after the end of the weekend and in plenty of time before needed. I am eager to bring more to this fine person and the company she represents.”

“I loved this little laundry. Clean, friendly attendants, clean machines. My favorite thing is the variety of machine sizes, double and triple sized loads ? and not too expensive (double load, cold water wash $3.25; warm water wash $4.25 & 16 minutes for $1 for a HUGE dryer)The motel I stayed in had standard sized machine for $2 a load and it DID NOT wash the filth out of my construction worker husbands clothes and would only fit 2 days worth of clothes. I felt like I was getting a phenomenal deal at the Ely Laundry. If ever I stay in Chattanooga/Hixon again, I'll be back to do some more laundry10/10”
