“I had a last minute need to get my laundry done. I searched Red Bank at my regular laundromat and it was full of customers. I was in a hurry and I remembered there was a laundromat on Ely rd in Hixson. The BEST laundromat ever! Clean, well cared for great machines, and Rebecca the owner is there. Friendly service if you need your laundry washed and folded for you! While I didn't use the full service, I did observe the service for another customer. I was totally impressed. Ely Laundry Express is the greatest place to get your laundry done! 5 stars”

“Out of town traveling and needed to do some laundry. This establishment is extremely clean and very convenient. This is a 24 hour laundromat. Pricing is a little less than the other laundromats around but everyone has to compete for their pricing so I’m okay with theirs. The building was super clean and offered a little sitting area and vending machine while waiting for laundry. I highly recommend this laundromat! Y’all are doing it right!”

“I bought a vintage 1972 shirt that was torn, the fabric was multi-colored, and you can barely see the seam! Looks great, great service, price was below what I was anticipating. My nice stuff will come here from now on for anything! (The upper seam is supposed to be there, the tear was from the seam all the way down (tiny sticked line). Can't be seen normally.)”

“It's a decent enough laundromat but some of the washers are a B to take the dang quarters. I wish more laundromats had card readers. Otherwise, it's fine and finishes my laundry quickly. Machines are standard prices comparatively”

“Clean, quiet and with a selection of different sized machines to match your price range. Attendant was on site and seemed friendly. Plus the whole place DID have a greater, general 'feeling of safety ' that other local laundromats don't provide. ?”

“March of 2026.I was there early afternoon on a Friday. The place was clean and plenty of machines open. I did one load that cost $4.00 plus 25 cents for medium wash time. The dryer cost $1 to start then 25 for each additional 3 minutes, so a little over $3 to dry. The machines do accept quarters and the have a change machine. They have vending machines. A candy bar is $2 and a can of soda is $1.25.”
