Lorraine is amazing!! She helped my family with 4 different rings. She repaired prongs, replaced diamonds and took bad spots from poor previous repairs that were done by other jewelers. All of them family heirloom rings we wanted to be able to cherish and wear. One of which went on to be my engagement ring!! My fiancé and I plan to continue working with Lorraine when it comes time to customize make our wedding bands. She is so talented, but most importantly SO personal and caring. She always remembered our names and stories even though there was 5 of us rotating in and out of her shop.
