The vacuums are more skinnier making it easier to fit them in some tighter spaces that you might not be able to get anywhere else

License plate reader cannot detect one of two of my monthly membership plates here. Cleaning has been on/off lately, it does not seem to get the back of my coupe, nor does it get the back of my truck at all. When it does clean, it’s a light clean at best - streaks and splatters will still be left behind.
Pulled up at 7:20-7:30, and waited around for a attendant to assist with my plate to no avail multiple times. The console just errors out when you hit the help button.
I’m contemplating ending my membership, but their contact form and process to do so is very unfriendly to consumers.

Trey was great. Back of the suburban didn't get clean and he grabbed the brush and cleaned it himself, then pointed out that there was a spot to brush the back in a prewash area. Super polite and friendly. I'm definitely satisfied after a not so great first wash (that I now know how to avoid in the future). Thank you Trey!

Manny was great. Had an issue with my hitch and he was super friendly and professional. It needed to be taken off and he did it for me and offered to put it back on. And he's a Vols fan, so there's that too. Lol

I've been a subscriber to the monthly Mod Wash program for both of my vehicles, a Hyundai and a Tesla, for about a year and a half. I've had really great experiences with the mod wash on Highway 153 in Chattanooga, but I've also been able to use their services add other local stations, and when traveling to Florida and even up to Pennsylvania. This is such a great advantage over most other local services. Even though this is a franchise, the local management is wonderful and I'm really pleased with my membership, and recommend them highly.
