I’ve been with Mod Car Wash for about 10 years or more. This is the first time I’ve come to the car wash and the towels weren’t folded. They were just thrown on top of the cart all in a bundle and I couldn’t tell if they were clean or dirty. When I asked the attendance for clean towels, he said those are clean that just how we do them now. I did advise him that wasn’t good customer service Is not a good look for the company.

Great experience at mod wash. The lady who greeted me at the terminal was super friendly very helpful. I love that they use their license plate reader as opposed to Storm Car Wash or you have to input 10 different things or get your car into the car wash at work. This place is the office

Tried for the first time today. They are great. I will definitely consider a membership. Madison was the best at explaining how everything works!

A guy named Cody was super nice & asked me to back out so he could clean off the ton of tree-sap I had on my car. Spent quite a bit of time hand brushing my car clean before sending me thru the wash. Great service!

Quick and easy with great, helpful service. The manager Cody was very helpful and helped get some difficult tree sap off the car. Will definitely come back.

Madison at your Hixson Location next to the IHop Restaurant is the best she showed very good Customer Service relationship skills and smiled as I pulled up to get my wash and is very courteous , friendly and knowledgeable about your operations and business ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Amazing!!! My tree had been sitting under a tree for months and the worker, Seth, even helped me prep the car to get all the dirt off! It is crazy the difference

Madison’s the goat y’all she took good care of me. She helped me understand all the car wash packages, while also making me feel the most comfortable with which option I was choosing. If Madison is working you’re in good hands. I love Mod Wash!

I enjoyed washing my car yesterday.It got me out of the house which was great. I am a monthly member, but this was the first time I washed my car since i've had this membership. I'm thinking about canceling it.
