Went in for a battery. Upon entrance there was a female worker at the shelves. I asked her about a battery and she said she doesn't know she was just hired to stand and stock. Ok.....so I went to the front counter. 1 worker was helping a customer, which was fine but absolutely no acknowledgement that I was there, no effort to call another employee to help. The lady didn't even try to get anyone, she disappeared in the shelves. I stood there 15 mins waiting for someone to help. Several more workers walked by and absolutely no acknowledgement and no one to help me. I decided to leave......first time in the store and last.

My wife and I were on the way back from Russellville Tennessee heading to Florida and got into some rain and had a windshield wiper issue. I pulled into O’Reillys and they’re two gentleman There were two gentleman, one named Allen and the other name was Brandon, who are extremely helpful, polite, and got me right back on the road.

I had a Front Left Brake Hose fail on my 93 Honda Accord EX Coupe 5MT. My phone had died at some point along the way with no way to charge it as i didnt have a cigarette port charger.
Alex, on of the O'Reilly's employees, was EXTREMELY professional and understanding. I needed a particular tool to complete the repair and he helped me by allowing me to loan one. He allowed me to be able to charge my phone and when I was done with the repair, helped me out and showed me the good soap to get the dirt and grime off my hands
