I took two gorgeous dining room armchairs to Parker's to be reupholstered. The original fake leather had not survived being sat on almost daily, nor being climbed on by my bratty cats. The seats and backs were in terrible condition. I found some fabric that I loved, and took it and the chairs in for work. Not only were they finished much faster than I expected, but the work he did was exceptional! They have a tufted back, and double cording/edging, so not a piece of cake to do. I love them, and I will recommend Parker's to the sky and back!

The piece we picked up is wonderful and the price was well within what we would pay.The customer service, however, leaves something to be desired. When we arrived two vehicles were blocking the entrance, one with the co owner who watched us walk in while she chatted with a friend. No one bothered to greet us, the children came in with their dog, the owner (or at least I'm assuming that is who Dan is) didnt greet us nor bother to help. I only know his name because when he had a customer call he put her on speaker phone and she said his name. We had to ask if someone was available to make the sale. Hopefully no one works off of commission because we should receive our own commission.Will not be going back soley based on lack of customer service.

This man cannot be trusted. I brought a piece of foam in to be cut he told me it would be done by the end of next week. ( 8/12/21) when I dropped it off. . I went back each week to pick it up he assured me it would be done. 3 WEEKS LATER it was still not cut. I went back each week to pick it up. went to pick it up and they were offended that I did did not care if he was on the phone.
